The team at SeekOne did a phenomenal job replacing my roof. From the very beginning to the very end, they made the whole process seamless and easy. There was no stress. Their customer service was excellent! They worked closely with my insurance company from the beginning to ensure my roof was covered. They communicated with me every step of the way, and their follow up was amazing. All of the members of my SeekOne team were extremely professional and respectful. They always showed up on time, even earlier, and communicated well. Micah and Baron were very thoughtful and friendly. Brady explained all the costs and details with me. And Raul and his crew on the day of the install started right on time, kept me informed of their progress, and treated my yard and neighbors’ yards with great care. Jerry and Tyler have been outstanding getting claims filed and inspections done to support the hail damage and approval of claim. Next step is getting roof replaced by SEEK ONE.
