They are lousy. That was a terrible experience. <br /> <br /> The grass was fine but they were supposed to lower a lot of the yard and they didn't. The grass looks fine but it should be about 3 inches lower than where it is. I wanted the yard leveled out.  <br /> <br /> The pump they put in. It would work for a while and then it would go bad and it wasn't sucking the water out of the ground. I went from one thing to the other. Then it got to the point where they wouldn't answer the phone. We're sorry we are very busy and we can't talk to you right now. So I used another person's phone and I got right in to them. I said Oh I guess you got a different phone there. We've been having trouble with the phone company. Don't give me that kind of stuff.  <br /> <br /> I don't care who it is, tell em to stay away from See More Green.  <br /> <br /> They're very nice to start out, oh, don't worry about this or that and we will take care of it. When it comes down to the end oh we're gonna get this job done and bang that was it.  <br /> <br /> They did some good. It started out what everybody else was in the price range. I kept trying to get them to get things done and they just kept putting me off and putting me off. It started out being good but just got worse.  <br /> <br /> If they were professional, they would have gotten this taken care of without the hassle. I was back to the yard flooding and if someone asks I will tell them to stay away from them as much as possible. Professionals go out and get the job done. <br /> <br /> They finally did come back and did what they were supposed to do to get the well working again but I still don't have any confidence in them. $10000 is a lot of money.

I have bought a big deal for 999 for 1 year lawn care in December 2015which stated that along with lawn mowing, shrubs pruning, mulch installationand planting up to 50 new plants. Except for lawn mowing they did not finishother promises they made in the big deal, I tried to push them multiple timeson getting the new plants planted and they just kept pushing it until the lastminute and finally did not show-up starting December 2016. There was neither a notenor return to my many phone calls in trying to reach them.

A palm tree had fallen in a very difficult to access part of the yard.  Between the house and a privacy fence.  the palm had been approximately 15-20 feet tall (very rough estimate) covered in vines and part of the fence was smashed.  The only way to get to it was from the neighbor's driveway just on the other side of the fence, with equipment that was able to reach over and lift it out.   <br /> The appointment was pushed back a number of times due to weather, several weeks of almost constant downpour.  This was no fault of theirs but when they were finally able to come they made quick work of it and as a courtesy for the delay they also took a large piece of the oak tree in the front yard which had fallen after the initial quote and agreement was set for the palm tree.   <br /> Everyone was courteous and professional.  The price was excellent. <br />

Originally, I had trouble getting them to come having called their number several times with no call back. When I finally spoke to someone from the company, I was told that their office staff had been shuffled around and in the process, messages had been lost. <br /> When they finally came, they attacked the yard like a whirlwind. Debris piles disappeared; planting beds looked separate from each other; weeds were pulled out or treated with weed killers and wilted away later. Unfortunately, they exhibited somewhat more zeal than they should have because 3 living shrubs from a line of shrubs in front of the house were mistakenly pulled up too. The man whom I presumed to be the foreman promised me the shrubs would be replaced. Since then I have heard nothing from them and no shrubs have been replaced.... <br />

The initial job went well although very expensive. Cean was responsive and prompt. The lawn looked great after the clean up. I even referred my neighbor to him who used the company for landscape work. He also let us know that his weekly maintenance service could keep it looking like that in the future as he was critical of the quality of work from our then current service provider. He also claimed that his company would service our lawn 50 times a year and only took off Thanksgiving week and Christmas week, unlike other companies. So we cancelled the service with our previous company and asked them to provide the ongoing service. We were clear with both Cean and Jason up front that we did not care what day of week they came, as long as we knew what day it would be in order for us to give them access to the gated back yard. Everything was good for the first 2 months. Then in November we noticed they were not getting to the back and they were not coming on the same day of week any longer. I sent them an e-mail which they never responded to. Then it had been almost 3 weeks since they had been out. I called and left a message, and Jason called me back. They came out that day and were able to get the whole yard, including the back. They came out twice in November (second time only upon my calling) and then only once in mid December and have not been back since. My yard looks terribly overgrown. I have called several times and got one return call from someone on December 30 who told me that Cean was no longer with the company and had been gone for several months. She promised to get the message to Rosemarie and Jason. Nobody called me back or came out to service the lawn. I called again on January 6th or 7th and left another message about how bad the lawn looked, the poor responsiveness and my overall dissatisfaction with the company. Still no return call and nobody has been out since. This company has really gone downhill and the lack of communication is terrible. The money I spent on all that lawn work was for nothing, because it has not been kept up. Their work ethic and responsiveness is extremely unprofessional. I am in the process of hiring another service provider and would never use them again, nor recommend them. I am extremely dissatisfied with See More Green and it's proprietors. <br />

I was initially expecting a phone call and was disappointed when I didn't get one. After I express e d my concerns the owner called and then followed up after the work. I t think the timing was bad as it was thanksgiving and then Christmas when I put in the request. I'm glad the owner called and made good on the work requested. I'm glad I gave them an opportunity. I hope to do business again with them. <br />

Jason was very responsive and kept in touch throughout the process.  The sod was in good condition and it was laid close together so it quickly looked like it had been there all along.  The cuts for the curved landscaping were done by the crew.  Everything was completed exactly as we had requested and the end result was perfect.  His crew did an excellent job. <br />

Gave me a reasonable estimate on Wednesday, came Thursday and finished the entire project in one day. They did efficient and quick work. Work was excellent quality and I would definitely use them again. Lawn came out beautiful.

They worked for 3 days solid, The first day Jason and his crew worked 10 straight hours and the following 2 days worked until all the work was completed and everything was completed.  He made sure the sprinkler system was running and everything was perfect.  <br />

This company is excellent... sorry but most lawn companies are horrible, they come when they want, do a half butt job ect. These guys are so great, always maintain a good schedule, quick and efficient (no loligaging around like some guys). They are very professional as well. Honestly I have never had a lawn company that I can trust to come when they area supposed to and do such a great job till these guys. I have been using them for approx. 8 months and will continue to in the future. I highly recommend them! <br />

I was extremely pleased.  I signed up for 4 man hours of yard work.  Joey and his crew showed up and I explained what I needed done.  They proceeded to get to work and they accomplished everything, and actually more, than I requested.  Joey said that they like to do the job that they would want done on their own yards. This attitude means a lot to me.  I will definitely use them in the future.  I would recommend them without hesitation if you want a hard working crew that does quality work. <br />
