The job went exactly as proposed I had a leak in my chimney they replaced the chimney flashing with new copper flashing and new shingles around the chimney. From when I made a deposit I was scheduled within one week and was very happy with the work and communication would highly recommend Segelman shaw roofing

I replaced my 20 year old vinyl siding and it couldn't have gone better. Segelman Shaw provided an estimate in early spring and was able to finish the job within the scope. Our home looks fantastic. I will be referring this company to my neighbors and friends.

They reflashed our chimneys to address water coming into the house. Seemed to address but leaks came back a few months ago. The flashing work is fine, but looks like other issues with roof that Segelman either not observing or not pointing out to me. Now asking me to pay for a full inspection to ID cause of water. We have had a few other providers look and they've been faster to diagnose (and quote). I will give benefit of doubt and say that this new leak is a new problem that Segelman isn't at fault for not catching the first time, when they charged $3000+ to reflash 2 chimneys and replace some rotted wood and add some pipe collars. But the process of getting an estimate was easier with the other providers we talked to. We initially were leaning toward Segelman since we'd worked with them before.

"After looking onto the review we do see that we made a repair in 2019 on a fairly new roof. Why the customer did not go back to the original installer is unknown but the only contact we had with the customer after we completed the repair on 2019 was a Angi lead sent in as a general incoming lead request August of 2021. Our notes show that the customer never replayed in 2021 so we are uncertain what's new leaks he has but again we go back to why is a fairly new roof leaking and why the homeowner trying to keep repairing a new roof."

Terrible! They made me pay money upfront, made an appointment, then never showed up to do the work. I took time off from work and waited several hours to give them access. No phone call. Then they had the nerve to be rude to my wife! Never did any work, never returned any money!

"Customer called in August of 2018. We prepared four separate estimates for him over the following weeks. In October 2018 he ordered one of the estimates to be done BUT wanted to obtain the material himself. Once he was able to obtain the material the job was booked for November. We work around the weather as in all outside work and there was a slew of storms including almost a foot of snow mid-November. Reason would conclude there would be a delay in the job. We attempted to reschedule and was unsuccessful finding a dry day he would be home. With the type of work to be done there really is no need for him to be home other then stand over the workers and attempt to get the workers to do some of the work on the estimates that he chose not to do. Last communication we had with him was that he would call back to re-schedule. His job is still on our schedule board awaiting his call back. He never notified us of a cancellation or any dissatisfaction. We are unaware of the conversation that he claims we where rude to his wife. If he would provide the number, his wife called in from we can review our recordings and if its found that we were indeed rude, disciplinary action to the staff member would be implemented and we would offer 10% credit on the job itself. Exceptional experience and quality of work at every step. The team that completed repairs summer 2017 were exceptional. They repaired the exterior with care so as to ensure that there was uniformity in new and old siding. It was a time consuming process and priced very fairly. Then in summer 2018, we engaged the team for an annual gutter contract. Service will be 4x per year and the first job was completed & cleaned up with perfection. We're very grateful, especially to the contact center and to Fabian and team who did the job on-site.

Segelman Shaw did a fantastic job in doing the work, and handling the insurance claim. After the work was done, there was no trace of trash or debris left behind. Segelman Shaw even sent around a foreman after the work was completed to make sure that all things were done correctly and button up any loose ends. I will call Segelman Shaw again without hesitation when I need roofing, siding, window or gutter work again. Thank you!

This was not a easy job. Repairing damaged aluminum siding and trim. But they did a really excellent job. Straightening out the siding and nailing it back to the house and replacing some of the trim where needed. All in all, great work.
