These guys are tops! Rick returned my call promptly, and they were able to fit me in between jobs within 2 days. They showed up on time, were professional, safe and explained my options if I wanted to make an insurance claim. They even took the time to properly nail down other rows of shingles that were not nailed correctly to begin with, most likely causing the shingle damage. I highly recommend, and will have Rick1, Rick2 and Ed back in the Spring for a painting estimate and to evaluate the roof condition at that time.

Ricky and his Uncle Rick are awesome! We had a leak in our roof that was coming through the bedroom ceiling - they were quick to respond and came out on a Sunday to do the work before the next rainfall. They explained everything from beginning to end, and were professional and friendly. I highly recommend them, and will definitely go to them for any future roof repair.

Rick installed a new metal roof on a large barn. He went over and beyond in not only installing the roof, but also securing old supports that have saved the barn. Rick and his crew are professional and did the job in a very clean and timely manner.

We are very pleased with our new roof from Sejay Construction! When we first set out to have a new roof installed our motivation was to ensure that we had a sound roof headed into the winter. In hiring Ricky and his team, the end result was an impeccably installed roof that also makes our house look clean and sharp. Ricky, the owner of Sejay Costruction, returned my call right away and made it easy to schedule the estimate and work. He also provided a written, itemized estimate. Ricky is very particular about small details, which was wonderful since our roof has many angles and is very cut up, including a small tower. We are very pleased with the lead flashing that they did on our chimney as well and the installation of two replacement skylights. They took care around our landscaping and left our yard spotless. One thing that I really appreciated about working with Sejay Construction is that they are a small team. Ricky was upfront that his team might take a little longer to finish the project but you know who is working on your roof. Ricky was communicative throughout the project and his crew is hardworking, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sejay Construction and look forward to hiring them in the future for other projects.

I've been trying to get this job done for a while, but no one wanted to take it on. One local roofer said the job was too small and not worth the time. But he referred me to Sejay Construction. I think the price was a little high for a small job, but I was grateful to find someone to fix my roofs. The owner and crew were friendly, which I really appreciated. They finished the job quickly, cleaned up the debris, and did a nice clean job on both roofs.

Actually kick my job out one day to complete that. O gave 10 year workmanship Warrenty an Owens Corning 25 year certificate. We really appreciate the work thank you very much! We love helping people out!"

We had searched for a roofing contractor for several weeks to replace deteriorating ridge cap shingles, but it was tough to get a response from most. Rick responded within a day, and came out to look at the project. He described what he would do and the materials he would use. A contract followed a few days later with an estimated start date. Price looked very reasonable. We had a little confusion leading up to the job due to difficult weather, but Rick was in constant contact throughout. In the end the crew showed up one day before the estimated start date. They started at 9:00am and finished the job by 3:00 the same day. Work was done professionally and they cleaned up after themselves completely. Rick was very considerate of our Covid concerns, and careful to wear a mask when speaking to us. Overall they did a great job, for a good price, and were easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I needed 18 square of shingles installed on my garage. Ricky showed up on time and in two days the job was done. The area around the garage was swept and no debris was left. I would hire him again and have already recommended him to several people.

Ricky and Walt did an outstanding job with the roof replacement on our home and outbuilding. It took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the attention to details, quality workmanship, and careful clean-up after each day on the job were greatly appreciated. We have some extensive perennial gardens ($$$) surrounding the front side of the house, and Ricky and his crew were very careful to work around these challenges throughout the process. The house looks incredible with the new roof and high-quality drip edge (Ricky's recommendation), so we can't thank them enough for a job very well done! First I'll get this out of the way: They had made a clerical error on the original estimate that caused their bid amount to be lower than the final outcome - but we were able to work it out, and I was happy with my choice. Beyond that, we had excellent service from Sejay construction. Rick, Walt, and crew were very friendly and meticulous. They had the job started and done in no time at all. Throughout the job, Rick was always prompt, and kept me posted on how things were going, along with their findings, in case additional repairs would be needed. The roof and chimney flashing looks absolutely beautiful, and the skill and experience these folks have really shines through in every aspect. The cost of the job was extremely competitive, and I can't believe how efficient the whole process was. I would definitely hire them again to do other work.

Great job! Rick and the young gentleman were very professional, caring and honest through the whole process. They went above and beyond what needed to be done. They paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure the job was done right. They explained every step and all of the details of the work to be done. A tree at the edge of our property happened to fall down across the road and block it while they were working. After they finished the roof repair they also pulled the fallen tree out of the road to clear it and make the road passable again for the neighbors as well. These guys are wonderful and would highly recommend. We will be using them for a complete new roof install this summer based on this great experience.

I cannot recommend Ricky & his crew at Sejay highly enough. I first met Ricky last year (2018) when a windstorm ripped off part of our roof two days before Christmas. After calling all the usual suspects (who were all on vacation, and said they could come "take a look" within 7 days), i found Ricky's phone number. He was here at 7 am. the next morning (Christmas Eve), took one look, and said, I'll be back in three hours." he finished patching the roof as it grew dark. On Christmas Eve. We discussed the need to replace the entire roof (as opposed to constant repairs), and I'm happy to say that he and his crew were here the first week of November 2019 (in the snow), ripped off the old, sealed and replaced the entire roof in 3 days, at a very fair price. He's a local guy with amazing skills, an highly-qualified crew, and a good heart. If you have a roof issue, start with him.

Ricky and his crew did an excellent job and went above and beyond in terms of everything from workmanship on the project to clean-up and disposal of waste. The taper remarked that the dry wall installation was very well done and made his job easier.
