Scott visited my home to see what needed to be done. He gave me an estimate and weagreed to when work would be done. Scott arrived as agreed, completed the work and cleaned up when the project was completed. could not ask for a more professional individual. Thank you Scott

It went very well. Scott was very responsive. He came out on time and carefully examined my problems and provided a reasonable estimate to complete the work. I agreed and he came a few days later again on time and did a fine job. The work was of high quality. He did additional work in order to do the job the right way. I found Scott to be honest and hardworking. I would most certainly hire Scott again.

Scott did a great job. He was easy to work with, very professional, and `his work quality was excellent. The price was very reasonable as well. Scott tore down an old failing stairs and landing between my laundry room and garage and custom built a new one. The work was done well, and I am very happy with the results.

This was not new construction to correct an initial deck design flaw.. and it was not a simple job. Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me.

Scott did an excellent job. Rates were reasonable and he had the experience to rebuild the section of the porch that was custom built over 30 years ago. I will use him again.
