Bill and Billy were very professional and efficient with the projects I had at my home. They built me and 2 car garage and deck off the back of my house. Pricing was very fair and the quality of their work was top notch. They're family owned and operated. I highly recommend them as a general contractor and builder for any home projects.

Fantastic, Bill and his crew did an excellent job on my deck, sunroom and most recently boardwalk down to the lake. They stayed on the project everyday until it was finished and polished off every little detail. Everyone was always friendly, accommodating and very pleasant. I would hire them again without hesitation!!

Bill did an excellent job in terms of the quality of the work as well as timeliness on the execution of the project. The costs went over on the project, but some of this was a reflection of several changes we made along the way. If you want quality, attention to detail, and execution on committed time frames then I would strongly recommend Seminole.

We worked with Bill Denton. He helped us select a piece of property, modify an existing floor plan that he had built previously, and construct our home. Overall we had a great experience with Seminole. We got exactly the house we wanted for a price comparable to the national builders around us, but our house was completely custom. The quality and workmanship were very good, and the subs he used were very professional and all seemed very skilled in their trades. There were a few hic-ups along the way, but that is part of construction. Overall I would recommend Seminole to anyone and would a house with them again if we weren't planning on living in this one for the next 20 years.

Everything turned out great. We started on time, added in a few extras, stayed within our budget. Project was completed ahead of time. Very happy with addition....great company to work with.

First and foremost, it was important that the project was to be finished by a certain date; The builder met the deadline. <br /> He and his crew were respectful, professional and detail oriented. the project required specified architectural details not often seen in new housing. One challenge was the matching of the exterior with the original structure, a challenge they met superbly. The builder also found solutions for unusual structural challenges such as a hidden steel support beam and an unusual roof structure.
