(2024)The roof looks great the crew worked very efficiently and got the job done in a day that was before it changed owners. One year later(2025) I had Semper Fi look at my new roof for hail damage. I was told I would need about 20 shingles replaced. I didn't turn it in to the insurance company because it was the same cost as my deductible $2000. After 3 attempts last year to get a estimate from them so I could move forward no one ever contacted me to schedule the repair. I called back this spring and they sent out another estimator. That estimate was 13k. So I called the insurance company and got paid to do the roof. After asking Semper Fi to send the estimate so I can approve it the estimator said he had to review it with his boss. I was called back 2 weeks later with a 29k estimate???. The original cost 2 years ago was 20k, thats nearly a 50 percent increase. So under the new management I have to give them a 1 star very disorganized and overpriced. Get atleast 2 more esimate

Don was our inspector. He did a super thorough job and we appreciate the time he spent with us. We know Semper Fi is going to do a great job. They came in with a fair value for the amount of work they are doing as well as the quality of materials and labor.

Tyler, my roof inspector was a really nice guy and even told me he can come back and check everything out after a week or two of the project completion. The roofing crew was very fast, efficient they showed up at 7am and left by 4pm. The clean up was awesome and they left my home better than they found it. Manuel called me a couple days before install to ask good questions and discuss how the day will go, he understood I wouldn’t be home. I wasn’t home for the project and the communication was remarkable. Thank you Tyler for helping pick out color of shingles, and thank you Tory for helping schedule and Evan my project manager for confirming my projects and good through communication. Thank you SemperFi so much for your help for locating bad sheets of moldy wood and replacing them!

The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Workers were efficient and thorough and worked through heat and inclement weather. Initially there were issues with insurance reimbursement but the manager Pete was responsive to my complaints and quickly resolved the issue. The quality of workmanship is above and beyond expectations and I am very pleased with the result. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Those guys Jetsai and Fortunato were absolutely awesome. I have confidence in this repair after Manuel my Install Manager researched and dissected my problem area. Evan was a very articulate young man, and l've been enjoying SemperFi since day 1. Ill be sure to utilize them in the future.

Had Semper Fi out recently to wrap wood soffit and fascia with aluminum in my 2 story home. Jason, the sales guy, was very responsive and answered all my questions. Project manager Ian was the same and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Install was completed in one day and everything was cleaned up when they were done.

Joel, Andreaus, and Joey were all professional and very pleasant to work with. Even though it was quite cold with moderate winds they completed the job in a very timely manor. I am very happy with a job well done and would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work done.

They were excellent. They were really quick. They did a great job. They made sure we got the color we wanted. They brought out samples, let me pick actual on the roof and also did the gutters.

Very effective transactions including initial estimates/explanations of work to be done; and followed-up with scheduling and execution of roofing tearoff / new shingles and vents applied efficiently on house and shed. The flat sun roof area was pressure washed and resealed and a new chimney chase cap was formed and installed efficiently. Want to thank the roofing team (Ernesto and Victor and associates)for their installation knowhow, and the project manager (Brad) for coordination and attention to details in finishing the job quickly to our satisfaction.

Jury is still out. Based on reviews and referrals assumed job would run smoothly. So far there have been some challenges. Will wait until job is done to update.

The quality of the material is good, and the installation looks good. They patiently answered all of my questions about warranty, lien waivers, and schedule.

Chris showed up at the appointed time and performed a thorough inspection of a portion of the roof we suspected was leaking. He indicated that all looked ok but explained that leaks were difficult to diagnose when it wasn’t raining. He gave me good guidance on how and where to look next time it rained and offered to come out himself to assist if I called. Chris was extremely professional and a pleasure to speak with. When we find the leak I will definitely be contracting with Semper Fi to fix it.

Project went very well. The work started within a week and had the whole roof replaced within 2 days. The sales person who checked out the roof and gave a detailed explanation of the problem and proposed work was Chris Coleman. The Project Manager for the 7 person crew was Don Mojica. All were very professional and did excellent work. Don spent extra time making sure the chimney flashing was water tight.. thanks!

These guys are great? Prompt to respond, prompt to fix and at a really fair cost. During bad winter weather a high wind blew off 8 feet of our roof ridge vent on our 2 story house leaving a big 8 foot by 6 inch hole in our roof. We had a impending snow storm coming so I needed someone in here fast to avoid water damage to our ceilings. I called them in the morning, told them my problem and they had someone out here in a hour to look it over, The gentleman gave me a quote which was so much less than I thought it would be. I was ecstatic with the quote. I thought that since it was short notice, 13 degrees outside with high winds, the repair cost would reflect that, but no, it was very reasonable. After I accepted the quote, they had the repair man, Don, out in about 1 hour later. He promptly fixed the roof by replacing the whole roof vent and my stress about the impeding storm was gone. They were very nice, professional, courteous and did a excellent job at a fair cost....what more could I ask for? I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

From initial meeting at home/proposal to scheduling, returned phone calls, work performed and clean up, all was top notch. Semper Fi made a point to line us up as quickly as possible due to leaking roof. Hired again for siding and stonework in the Spring.

EXCELLENT WORK! Our garage needed new siding, stone applied and foundation work. It simply needed a complete makeover. The finished product is OUTSTANDING. Our neighbors are complimenting us on how GREAT the garage looks. People are actually taking photos of our new garage. It took 4 hot days to complete the project. It was worth the wait. Semper Fi was willing to work with me in suggesting what type of masonry stone would work on our garage. They showed patience in writing the contract, It was revised a few times to make sure that all the details were accurate and I knew exactly what was going to be done. After the project was completed, Semper Fi did a visual walkthrough and gave me a booklet with our transferrable warranty, coupons, contract, lien waiver, job completion checklist. VERY IMPRESSIVE!. Then to top it off, I received gifts (i.e. Semper Fi hat, T-Shirt, cooler bag, tumbler cup). I never known a contractor to provide their clients with gifts. It is so refreshing to contract with professionals who take pride in their work and treat their customer like royalty. It was a pleasure to give them my money. THANK YOU!

Semper Fi Roofing are a fantastic company. They were prompt, delivered what they said said they would and the project turned out lovely. Neat and clean up. Showed up the first day. This company is professional, polite and I recommend them to all to use.
