Nick was outstanding to work with. We had numerous issue with our insurance company that complicated everything we did. Nick was able to contact them and get most issues resolved however the insurance company sent the checks to the wrong address and they had to be cosigned by the mortgage company etc.. Semper Fi replaced the 15 year old shingle roof with Architectural roof. 1800 sq, ft split level. Roofers arrive at 7:30 AM and were done by 3:30 PM. Process was easy and roof installed within 2 weeks of signing contract. Owner Nick Black was on site for much of the install to answer questions.
