Senate termite and pest control provided excellent service with identifying the wasp infestation and treating effectively. The inspector and technician were professional and courteous. Eric provided a thorough inspection, treatment and post treatment evaluation. He took time to educate me with concerns for continued safety during the immediate post treatment phase and helpful strategies to prevent further infestations. He also assisted me with cleanup after the treatment. Thank you.

I had a pro who came to remove a Bold-Faced Hornet’s nest. He said removed the queen and couldn’t remove the whole nest leaving what you see in the picture. I called and Justin “Senate” coordinator took care and sent someone else and completely removed the nest and cleaned things up. I am thankful for the quick action, prompt response and follow up. Thank you for the professionalism of the second guy who cleared things up. Worked like team! Totally satisfied.

We had rodents in the attic and we had seen one mouse in the house no additional droppings. They came and did an assessment. We hired them to eradicate the issue and they did. The technicians are very professional and courteous.

Although my initial service visit did not meet my expectations, the company responded to my concerns by sending knowledgeable and professional employees for the following visits.
