Unfortunately there is a 2 hour window from the time they assign. I was told they would be in my house at 3 and they arrived at 5, nobody had alerted me that that could happen.

We contracted with this company to get rid of moles in our yard. The technician (Andrew) has been out twice and both times showed up in the two hour window as promised and was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained things well. He is following up with us every 2 to 3 weeks and doing more treatments as necessary. Even though we didn’t originally ask for it, he is also treating the many anthills that we have in our front and backyard. Would definitely recommend this company.

M’bye from Senate Pest and Termite was great. The dropdown does not give the option of mice! I have a mouse issue not bugs or insects! Please fix that! M’bye the tech patiently told me about entry points and which bait boxes had activity and refilled as needed. Went all over inside and outside and showed me old and new evidence. Very thorough and did not rush at all. Gold stars!

I called Senate back after stopping the service about 2 years ago because of financial reasons. As soon as I saw the mice’s and bugs returned i quickly realized I needed to restart the service and this time keep it going. The service manager , Jonathan updated us on the service needed and gave us pictures to verify what was needed for the attic and the entire house. As soon as we agreed the first service worker came out to do the house. He showed us the entry points and quickly resolved them. Then a few days later another company came to do the attic inspection and work. They took good before and afterwards to show us the difference. They cleaned up everything very well.
As far as price they were willing to work with us do that the initial payments would cone oT a different time , which was very convenient.
