termines— my granddaughter loves that i have the Senate men coming on regular basics. if there are ants she calls them.

I would give no stars if I could. This is a fraudlent company. Never ever hire them to do anything. They are currently trying to damage my credit score by claiming I owe $900 for Termite monitoring services I never asked for. I was a happy customer until April 2026 when I received a call from one of their employees. She explained how we recommend termite monitoring services and its included in your current contract with us. Because she said it was included I said sure ok. "You just need to sign these authorization forms giving us permission to put in the monitoring equipment." So I signed what she sent over. I signed via the Docusign App in my car while driving off my phone. So that was my mistake but again I signed because we had verbal understanding that it was included and I believed this individual. I did not know she was lying. So this is a shady company. Unless you want to waste your time reviewing every little thing they send over because they will lie on the phone

Sam was a wonder! He was super kind, professional and thorough. I definitely will be using him for future service if his schedule ever permits. Senate pest control has been really good to us so far and we are grateful for their service.

I don’t know if the job was done right because I have no reference to what “Right” is. The technician came without a latter to have access to my porch roof. He mentioned going out via an inside window. Oh no! Yes, on the first visit the agent arrived without a latter ( although only initial call I said it was a roof. I allowed the 1st agent access via my bedroom window ( had to remove a dresser @ other things in order die him to have access to my roof because he didn’t arrive without means to access the roof. I was under the impression that the next visit ( this one) , the tech would be prepared. I was leaving I told the tech that I couldn’t give him access thru my bedroom window. Since my husband was home he stated that a ladder did arrive and treatment to elongate the ants was conducted. Since the 1st treatment until now, my next door neighbor mentioned that he did se the big black ants still walking around the outside of the porch roof after 2nd treatment

I signed an agreement with Senate in 2025 and I resigned tin 2025. They show up. I have called them outside the scheduled service schedule and the always show up. They listen to my needs. They call to see whether I need service for the unexpected pest. Their team is also courteous..

Senate Termite and Pest Control is on general, a very dependable company. I started with them over a year ago, but just have them come for routine quarterly checks now. Andrew G is one of the absolute best technicians! He’s very timely, thorough and professional! I hate that he is moving to a different office, but wish he and his family well!

Have a monthly contract with Senate. We live next to a field and have had rat issues. Sam was very helpful, took his time. He removed a couple “victims”, refilled all bait stations and added some backup closer to the fence perimeter. I would highly recommend this company.

We had Steven from Senate Termite and Pest Control out to our property, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly thorough with the treatment and very respectful of my property?he even made sure to wear booties inside to protect the floors, which I really appreciated. Not only did he do a great job, but he was also super pleasant to chat with and took the time to give me some really helpful tips to keep pests away. If you're looking for someone professional, polite, and detailed, ask for Steven! Highly recommend!

Raccoon removal and remediation. The company is excellent. They explain the process thoroughly and are on time. We’re still waiting for capture so look for another review later. Marco was extremely helpful and took pictures for me.

Brandon arrived in the projected 2 hr window. He was very polite and professional. He answered all of our questions and explained the process. He was thorough in spraying for the ants we are seeking to eradicate. Thanks Brandon.

The job got done. The worker was efficient and cordial. Unfortunately there is a 2 hour window from the time they assign. I was told they would be in my house at 3 and they arrived at 5, nobody had alerted me that that could happen.

We contracted with this company to get rid of moles in our yard. The technician (Andrew) has been out twice and both times showed up in the two hour window as promised and was very thorough and knowledgeable and explained things well. He is following up with us every 2 to 3 weeks and doing more treatments as necessary. Even though we didn’t originally ask for it, he is also treating the many anthills that we have in our front and backyard. Would definitely recommend this company.

I was very satisfied with Julio’s initial pest control treatment for bug and rodent and snake control in and around my home. He was very thorough and courteous and explained everything he was doing.

We have a major groundhog issue and this technician was able to capture the groundhog humanely and safely. He kept us alert of the monitoring he performed and documented status updates in a report. We look forward to more groundhogs being captured so we can have our backyard back!

M’bye from Senate Pest and Termite was great. The dropdown does not give the option of mice! I have a mouse issue not bugs or insects! Please fix that! M’bye the tech patiently told me about entry points and which bait boxes had activity and refilled as needed. Went all over inside and outside and showed me old and new evidence. Very thorough and did not rush at all. Gold stars!

Van is very nice. He checked the Termite Monitor controls and sprayed around the house and the garage for insects. Before he was leaving he made sure there was nothing else I needed him to do.

Senate offers comprehensive pest control services for termites and other pests. They are always on time, always personable, and they do the job right. I also like making a monthly payment instead of getting hit with an annual payment. I recommend Van, the tech who does my property.

I called Senate back after stopping the service about 2 years ago because of financial reasons. As soon as I saw the mice’s and bugs returned i quickly realized I needed to restart the service and this time keep it going. The service manager , Jonathan updated us on the service needed and gave us pictures to verify what was needed for the attic and the entire house. As soon as we agreed the first service worker came out to do the house. He showed us the entry points and quickly resolved them. Then a few days later another company came to do the attic inspection and work. They took good before and afterwards to show us the difference. They cleaned up everything very well. As far as price they were willing to work with us do that the initial payments would cone oT a different time , which was very convenient.
