Metal Siding: Install or Completely Replace Service
Sentri Homes is not licensed in Arizona and any contract over $1000 that they sign is illegal.
They were hired to install cinder block skirting on my house. The first subcontractors they hired did a poor job installing footing which was not level and not consistently in the right place next to the outside wall of the house. Sentri Homes itself abandoned the project when it was 80% complete stating that they had exceeded their budget and wanted more money. I refused to pay more and they sent me a "Termination Agreement" that demanded I pay them the remaining half of the contract price and waive their liabilities or they would file a lien. I refused to pay and they abandoned the project. Their cost overruns were due to mismanagement caused by a project manager having no experience with cinder block skirting construction or contracting.

Unreliable. Ghosted confirmed start dates 7 times. Left us waiting at our recreational property for almost 2 weeks with nothing but excuses. Had to leave to come home for appointment only to reschedule a month out. only 1 PM at Sentri Homes was honest and truthful all other correspondence was an exercise in fruitily. Buyer beware! It remains to be seen if the will show up for the 8th scheduled appointment.

BUYER BEWARE. I paid Sentri Homes $2,500 toward a $5,000 basement project that was never completed. I believed I hired a home-building company; instead, I found my own project advertised online while they searched for subcontractors. Two separate contractors failed. Sentri told me the second had worked for them before and that I was in good hands. He arrived without the tools or apparent skills needed, damaged property, and produced work Sentri later acknowledged was unlevel. Sentri ultimately admitted failures in contractor vetting/paperwork and called the situation completely our fault. I repeatedly requested licensing/registration information and direct contact with the CEO without receiving the requested documentation. When I requested a refund, material costs were used to justify withholding money without complete receipts/accounting. One contractor later called me a homophobic slur and accused me of racism. I have the contract, texts, photos, videos and complete paper trail. Research this company carefully before giving them a dollar.

Amazed how quickly and efficiently they were able to provide an estimate the same day. Maintained continuous coordination with me throughout the project, and worked exceptionally well with the subcontractor,(Residential LLC, who did a fabulous job. Highly recommend both companies!

Over all the experience was very good. They were very professional and were very good at communicating with us through the entire process. Tristen, the project manager was available, even on the weekends and evenings. She did a great job coordinating with contractors, and bringing any of our concerns directly to their attention. They brought this 30 year old double wide home back to life!

Unfortunately, Sentri Homes was a huge disappointment. Great salesman, but fool me once! The workmanship and project oversight was done very poorly. The "project manager" was inexperienced and hired a person or crew without background check, verification of references or job history. Let's just say they looked "iffy". After one quit on day 2, the other brought his also "iffy" girlfriend to work with him. The contractor did not know how to install the subfloor or the flooring. Job was left incomplete and no walk through. Not enough materials were ordered and because of the lack of experience, the padding was insufficient so they pulled up the padding they had and trashed it. Installed the floor without it. I paid for the project in full and they added an additional $900, without a written amendment. I have so much more to report, if I can get in contact with anyone other than a sales rep. Never again!!

Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install
I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too.

Carpentry Framing - Install
The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them.

Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects.

Jose and crew were timely, conscientious, great communicator, hard-working and tidy. They treated my little 1940 cabin in the desert like a brand new home. They worked with the materials I supplied and it was very enjoyable listening to them enjoying their work.
