Over all the experience was very good. They were very professional and were very good at communicating with us through the entire process. Tristen, the project manager was available, even on the weekends and evenings. She did a great job coordinating with contractors, and bringing any of our concerns directly to their attention. They brought this 30 year old double wide home back to life!

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Unfortunately, Sentri Homes was a huge disappointment. Great salesman, but fool me once! The workmanship and project oversight was done very poorly. The "project manager" was inexperienced and hired a person or crew without background check, verification of references or job history. Let's just say they looked "iffy". After one quit on day 2, the other brought his also "iffy" girlfriend to work with him. The contractor did not know how to install the subfloor or the flooring. Job was left incomplete and no walk through. Not enough materials were ordered and because of the lack of experience, the padding was insufficient so they pulled up the padding they had and trashed it. Installed the floor without it. I paid for the project in full and they added an additional $900, without a written amendment. I have so much more to report, if I can get in contact with anyone other than a sales rep. Never again!!

Vinyl or Linoleum Sheet Flooring or Tiles - Install
I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too.

Carpentry Framing - Install
The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them.

Found Sentri on Angi. Jeanette and Violet were very pleasant and efficient in getting a contractor to me in the time frame needed. The contractor was excellent and the roof looks great! I would definitely work with them again if I had additional projects.

Luxury Vinyl Flooring Installation (Materials Provided by Consumer)
Sentri Homes provided the most professional flooring service I’ve ever had. The LVP installation turned out absolutely beautiful, and I was amazed at how quickly everything was completed without sacrificing quality. The crew was fast, accurate, and extremely detail-oriented from start to finish. Everything was installed cleanly, precisely, and with real craftsmanship. Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Installation or Complete Replacement
*Beginning around Feb. 5, 2026, Sentri Homes LLC subcontracted someone local(Danville, VA)named Craig to do my Mobile Home skirting. Reuben from Sentry went on vacation without informing me for weeks after taking half of the total 2k charged! Craig, the subcontractor, was harassing to say the least, but Rueben convinced me to pay in full, the other 2k. But Craig never finished. Finally, Brady/Sentri Homes was to REFUND IN FULL THE 2K..,1K of which I got back on March 10, 2026. Due to weeks of shenanigans, Sentri agreed to use the 1k they DID NOT REFUND as a down payment to do my kitchen floors. And I would pay the remaining $800.00 upon completion. We signed a contract. Then out of nowhere, Steve, the CEO, calls me, he is keeping my money, etc!

"We appreciate the opportunity to address this. The facts of this matter are well documented through recorded calls, signed agreements, and payment receipts. The skirting project that was contracted was completed. Mr. Faison acknowledged the quality of the work on multiple recorded calls, including stating the front "looks excellent." We refunded $1,000 in good faith despite the work being done. The remaining $1,000 was requested to be applied by Mr. Faison as a deposit toward a second project (kitchen flooring), for which he signed a new agreement on March 27, 2026, and called us on April 1 to confirm the start date. We were made aware of the request and reached out to collect a deposit on the new project, as the $1,000 we already had was applied to his first project. Our actual expenses on the original job totaled $2,202.72 against $1,000 net collected, leaving us at a loss of $1,202.72. Communication was discontinued after Mr. Faison directly threatened and used abusive language toward multiple members of our team. We have all call recordings, transcripts, the signed agreement, and financial records available for review. We wish you luck on the continuation of your projects, Mr. Faison, and hope you are happy with the skirting project we were able to complete. Thank you for your business - Steve"
