I really prefer not to leave negative reviews for companies, but I don't want others to go through the same problems I've been having. They have essentially pocketed nearly $3000 for work not completed and will not return my phone calls. I have been trying for months to unsuccessfully resolve the fact the Patrick and Serenity Pest Solutions have not completed significant portions of work that were agreed to in early December and it's now the end of March and work is still not complete. We engaged Patrick for two large areas back in Dec - the attic above our garage, and the attic in our home above our bedroom. Both were significant costs - estimated at 2 days for the first effort and 3 for the second. They completed the first attic after rescheduling several times, and then pushed out the second attic work until after the holidays, rescheduling again at the last minute just before the holidays. And then after waiting until January and having a scheduled date and time when I stayed home from work, they never showed up, never returned calls for several weeks. Only when I raised a dispute did I hear back and then they tried to double charge me for work that had never been done. On top of that, the first effort was not even satisfactory. They left behind 12 bags of hazardous waste from early Dec through late Jan when I had to dispose of them myself, and only covered our stuff to protect from contaminated debris after I requested it the second day of work. (We had chunks of insulation everywhere in our garage and attic storage that I had to spend hours cleaning up myself) And they left garbage in my attic behind when they said the job was complete, empty water bottles, etc. I wouldn't expect that from a professional service. We tried to be very accommodating with all the rescheduling and were always polite, but after months of not having this work completed and no way to get a response from this company, I'm afraid I need to share this unsatisfactory outcome so others don't experience the same. And I'm really hoping at some point I can see my money returned or service completed as contracted!

ZERO STARS!! Where to begin.. To start Patrick was incredibly friendly, answered my phone call promptly and after I explained that I had already set out many traps with no luck, he assured me of his know-how to catch rodents and that he would solve my problem. Included in the service would be sealing all of the entrance points, cleaning of the rodent dropping infested areas and a 30 day relationship with frequent visits to fix the issue. We scheduled the work or the following day. Upon arrival, they were extremely friendly, I showed Patrick the areas where the work was needed and they set to work.After cleaning garage and the boiler room, we needed to get behind the stove. It is a heavy Vikings stove and I suspected that the entrance areas where there. Well everything went down hill from here. They pulled the stove out and sealed with foam some of the holes and gap space between cabinets and floor.. They said they sealed all and it was time to put the stove back. I checked with a flash light and saw the there was more entrance areas that still needed filled, his worker reluctantly went back behind stove again to spray foam and seal areas needed. Time to push stove back into place. The back legs of the stove rests on loose tiles to stay leveled, so as they pushed it back it would stop before the tiles and wouldn’t move any further. They told me the was the best they could do and that “that is not my job Mme, to put the appliances back” What?? What is his job then? Was he really thinking he could leave the stove not back into place and unleveled? Really? And 2 days before Christmas? I offered to help, suggested moving straps which they didn’t have it, and after much complaining I eventually suggested that the stove needs to be pushed back while tipped forward so that the back legs can eventually sit back on top of the original tiles against the wall. So they tipped it over and I (5.4’’ and barely 120 lbs) went on the floor to push the stove with my feet. We got it back yay but by then they were so distracted and all they wanted is to leave the house. They packed up got paid and left. Next day, I have droppings again and a potato half eaten on my kitchen counter, I looked more carefully under stove and there are so many gaps between the foam that the problem was never properly resolved, I called them again and nothing. Next day same thing. All food put away but i left another mini potato to test if they are still returning. Bingo! Half eaten potato, empty traps and another call. Nothing. This has happened every day since day before Christmas. He had assured me that he would answer the phone any other day but Christmas Day. January 1st today, no sign of Patrick. I have called, left messages, texted.. Not excessively, but once daily. Being polite. Asking if we can revise the tactics as looks like I have a smart rodent. Nothing. They have evaporated into thin air with a fat $700 on their pocket 2 days before the holidays.

He didn't come back, totally ignored my calls then I sent him an email. Then he called me from a different phone number and he said he was just waiting for my call and he will come out on December 1. December 1 came but he never showed up until now. He said that the work is for 30 days, it's not yet for 30 days but he's nowhere to found. To add, I was surprised that on their website, it states that they only do services on weekdays but he showed up on a weekend. When I asked him to come back on a Friday, he said that he will come out on Saturday but again, he didn't. It seems like he just wants to do appointments on weekends.
