Lori has been awesome! We were looking for a reliable and kind house keeper for my elderly parents and found Lori! Her work has been very professional, reasonably priced, flexible and prompt. She's done a good job of keeping in touch with us by email and phone. We live overseas so we were a bit worried, but everything has gone better than expected. We especially appreciate that she laughs at my father's jokes :)

I don't think I can say enough wonderful things about them. Their attention to detail was outstanding! I loved how meticulous their work was and how they never rushed through any part of the cleaning.

Less than a week ago, I checked the local Reminder and Google and then on a whim I created a free account on Angie's list and searched for "A" rated house cleaners. Like you, I read the reviews. Two days later I met Lori when she stopped over to quote my house . Tonight I'm sitting in a spotless house. I'm wondering why I waited so long to join . I can't remember the last time my house was this clean. If ever. The floors look amazing . Every surface has been wiped down and scrubbed, so have the windows and baseboards. It just smells so good in here . I've been stressed with so much going on - this is really one of those priceless moments. Lori is likable personable and friendly. She said she would be here today at 9am and she was. Clearly she's a cleaning machine - I'm so happy I found her.

Lori was very professional. I stocked up on cleaning supplies and she was insistent on using her own! This will save me a considerable amount of money in the long run.  She arrived on time!  I was not home when she came to clean, however I believe I am a good judge of character and felt very comfortable leaving her in my home.   When I arrived several hours after she had left my home not only looked amazing..........but smelt incredible.   I'm looking forward to having her return!
