Serg is very prompt, if he doesn't answer the phone, he calls back immediately. He was a joy to work with. The movers Anthony and Woozie were polite, efficient and really had their work cut out for them. They wrapped everything carefully and packed the truck carefully. The guys got shut down in Wy.due to high winds and snow. But like the Pony Express of bygone neither wind, hail or snow stopped them. It is scary to hire movers due to all the horror stories online. But if you hire Serg you have nothing to fear. He does exactly what he says and sticks by his price . I have already bragged him up to friends.

Very well. Company kept me informed, crew of Anthony and Uzi arrived on time and stayed on task until successful completion of unloading in Nevada.

Anthony and Uzi from Serg's did an outstanding job for us today. They kept us informed of their arrival time. Once here, they worked hard to accomplish the move within the agreed upon time constraint. We felt they took great care in making sure the furniture did not damage walls or floors while they were moving items up a flight of stairs. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

Great! First of all, Serg’s was THE only company that responded to my request, and they came all the way to Northern Nevada from Southern California, via Arizona. That’s a lot of driving for a small job. Sergio and his partner Marco completed the job in under 2 hours, including some tricky stairs at the final location. The Serg’s Moving price was very fair, and we saved additional money by renting a small UHAUL truck. This company is a keeper!

Movers were very careful and wrapped all the furniture to protect it. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful movers. Made our move so fast and easy!

Overall, it was okay. I really liked Sergio & Shawn. Our home contents were put into storage & I am unsure if when we go to unpack them in a couple of months if they arrived their safely & unbroken. Last, Sergio did not arrive with a large enough U-Haul & had to make a subsequent trip. I did not realize it until it was too late that the original invoice that was paid in full in cash included the garage items. Sergio asked for another $486.00 to transport the items from the garage. I did not feel that this was our fault. Thank you in advance.

Serg and his helper we're absolutely AMAZING and very professional. I've moved a lot over the years and these guys are by far the BEST! Communication along our entire move and 500+ mile drive was super and timing was spot on. Their ability to navigate the streets of our destination was unparalleled and we had no problems. All of our belongings were carefully wrapped and boxed and handled with care. These guys were FAST, KIND, and easy to work with. We highly recommend them over any competitors! Thank you!

It was great. They were were all polite, they worked very hard and they were very careful of all of our belongings.
