Serrano Concrete & Masonry

They was just very good. Very efficient. There was 2 people to complete the work in one day.

They did a decent job on the initial items, but price was a bit high. Was willing to go with them because he was available quickly. On several follow up conversations with him about pricing additional more extensive brick work he committed to getting back to me and never did. So probably ok for smaller stuff. Clearly he's not interested in bigger jobs, and responsiveness is lacking.

He was very responsive. I caught him between several jobs, so timing was fortunate for me. He was available same day as bid and was finished the following day. Job site was clean and work was perfectly matched and blended to existing limestone on the house.

Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job.Starting with the estimate,scope of work,removal of existing grout with minimal dust and debris,cleaning up work area daily and at end of project,installing all the same color of grout.Great communication daily of what was going to happen and what time the crew would be on site the following day.Only wish he would have installed stone and grout originally-Have additional work and projects that we will defintley give Carlos a shot at.

They cut out the old mortar and replaced with new, and added bonding agent to mortar mix to assure adhesion. Did some color matching as well. Despite the cold weather, they did a great job.

Carlos and a helper had to remove a section of my fence for access to my back yard. They spend the first day setting forms for my slab and laying rebar. The forms for this foundation included a footer for the slab, base material over the dirt, plastic over the base material, and 1/2" rebar. The second day, they poured and worked the cement. In a couple of hours, they removed the forms and replaced the section of fence that they had removed. Carlos did an excellent job, and would certainly hire him again!

Mr. Serrano and crew were very punctual and professional.  The estimate he gave for how much time it would take to complete the work was spot on. We have been very happy with the quality of the work.   <br> <br>We had other bids. Mr. Serrano's initial bid was not the lowest, however, when I spoke with him about it he was able to adjust his bid to be competitive.

Three day job. Cleaned up after himself.

Carlos Serrano is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.  He enlarged the patio and laid flagstone on top.  Did a beautiful  job.  He cleaned up ,after his work was finished, very, very good.   

Carlos Serrano is terrific.  He came the day I called and surveyed the job and priced the job competitively. <br /> Friday, the next day, Carlos arrived at 9:00 AM; erected a rain shield tent over the work area and began the process of clearing the debris and commenced rebuilding. <br /> At 4:00 pm, Carlos had finished.  He not only matched the stone on the facade of our home but matched the design pattern as well.  The work site was scrubbed clean and Carlos left. <br />

My husband and I are extremely pleased with Carlos's work.  He was professional, polite and punctual.  He's a gem and we highly recommend him. <br />

Working with Carlos and his crew was a delightful experience. Carlos put tremendous effort into understanding what we wanted and making sure we were happy with his work as it progressed. He kept the worksite tidy throughout the two-week construction process. Unlike many concrete contractors, Carlos installed rebar to support the sidewalks, which will make them more resistant to cracking and ensure they last a long time. (When getting estimates for your concrete work, don't forget to ask if the contractor is installing rebar. If the price is lower--and it's because the contractor is saving money by not installing rebar, you will want to know.) The finished work is beautiful. We are especially thrilled with our gorgeous stone patio, which reflects consummate craftsmanship and artistry. <br />
