Service America came to service the subzero refrigerator 3 times within a 3.5 month period and each time failed to correctly diagnose the problem and repair correctly. I was forced to call in an authorized sub zero tech who was able to diagnose the repair needed and replace the parts required. I have had a service contract with Service America for 18 years and will not be renewing. Their standard of service has plummeted in the last 2 years. and most frustrating is that its impossible to speak with someone (even a supervisor). Recent reviews of Service America on numerous websites prove that many others have been disappointed with Service America.

Originally, the replacement was scheduled to be on Monday. Due to some warehouse issues, Robert let us know know that it was delayed to the next and he apologized for that. Being understanding, Robert said that he would be here the very next day at the same time. Robert Harrison and Daniel Dejesus were punctual, got the job done, and answered any questions we had on the matter. I've had previous experience with work getting done in our home and this was by far the best experience my family and I had. I'm happy that we were able to get good work done on our home.

Was called within 5 minutes. Was here within 40 minutes. Had the right board in his inventory to replace the bad board in my refrigerator. (The part was a bit expensive but would take that over replacing the whole frig anyday!) Outstanding customer service. I would use this company again anytime I have an appliance issue.

Said they could not fix it, charged me anyway, they renewed my contract without my consent, never sent me any contract, raised deductible and raised price, this company is a total disaster, there's very poor internal communication problems

They installed a stove and repaired my dryer. They did an excellent job. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They're pretty knowledgeable, they have good prices. They have great prices, when they have promotions like this. I look on their website.They do a good job. They're mainly on time, they may be late a little bit. They're pretty good. They're a good company. They have good prices. They're pretty big, I see their trucks all over the place.

I sent a letter to Service America Enterprise regarding my experience, I am still waiting for a response. If you want to endure abusive conditions and mediocre customer service then a Service America service contract is right up your alley.

Not very good. In this Country, and I am not from this country. I know how it works. A B is not very good here, Where I come from in England, a B is very good there. So, only A is good here, that isn't accurate. There is excellent, and very very good. A is too big of an category. You need plus or minus, or numbers or something else. That is not really fair. I am happy with the car, and there were a few issues they could have handled better. I might use them. Some people deserve A's.I know how they were with me, a couple of weeks they were gone. When you are buying an car, its not always done right. They didn't honor an pledge, the manager left, or was fired. I don't know. I am still driving the car, but they didn't honor the pledge.
