Rated overall C because of price. Very responsive and polite to the initial request and quoted $60 for a visit to diagnose the issue. (Wasn't sure if it could be repaired or needed new faucet). When the crew arrived he explained that the entire faucet needed to be taken apart and put back together to tighten up the pipe and the nut and would cost $225.00. It sounded complicated and time-consuming for my husband to tackle so had them complete the job. However, it only took 22 minutes for the work to be completed and invoice to be written. Overall, felt that we were charged too much for the amount of time spent to fix.

Service was great for what I needed them to do, however one of the servicers mentioned to me that my water heater was old and I should think of purchasing a new one. I took that as meaning I could save money by purchasing a newer more efficient water heater, but it was not the time or place to try to sell me on a new water heater.

I had two other professionals out to find a leak under my dishwasher, but the leak continued. I was very upset finding another leak one morning and called Jason's company expecting I would have to wait a few days for someone to come out; however, Jason fit me in on his way to another job! He understood just from my description what the problem probably was, but took the time to check his theory out. Everything was explained. We have had no problems since! I would call Jason first next time.

Each time it went extremely well. Jason with Service King was able to come out quickly, even when it was not a major emergency. Each time he was able to provide clear communication as to what was going on with the systems and also point out some items to consider/address in the future. We had even brought him out when we had a sewer line backup and he suggested alternate options to try first that would be less expensive than him tapping the line. This saved us a lot of money, even though it did not provide him additional business. Cost-wise, his pricing is very good. Without hesitation, I would gladly recommend Service King to anyone in the area.

Jason cleaned the furnace. He also brought with him a hard to find permanent filter, It was exactly like the original one. He told me how to clean filter which was helpful. This was a messy job but everything was in tip top shape when he left.

Jason came prepared with the perfect shower set by Moen. It has been worth every penny. Jason is great at matching your needs to the product. My DIY days of wandering around big box stores are over!

Want to be charged 5 times more than you should?  Work with an unethical company?  Than you found the right place!   We purchased a home about a month ago and had a pipe leak in the basement.  After calling this company they came out  and augured the toilet and did a pull and reset for $660.   This seemed high, but being new home owners we thought this was the standard cost of having something like this resolved, and we needed this fixed asap.  A couple weeks later, another issue, we had the connection between the toilet tank and hose break so we called this company again.  Jason came out again and gave us a quote of $280 to get this resolved.  This time we said that was too much and wanted to wait till we talked to our insurance company and get another quote.  Jason offered to do the job now and unethically change the receipt date so that our insurance would cover it but we still said no.  The next day while I was at work my wife decided to go to the local Home Depot to  ask how to fix this.  And by the time I got home she had fixed the toilet all by herself!  It turns out all we needed was a $7 part and it only took her 20 minutes to fix.  How this company could say this would cost $280 amazes me, especially after they just over charged us $660 a couple weeks earlier.  Bottom line do not trust this company.  They are unethical and will try to take as much advantage of you as possible.  This was an expensive lesson learned, and I wanted to tell this story so that no one else has to learn the hard way.

Leak was fixed on a timely manner

Jason came out and discussed options. He is great at explaining things. I decided to install a new Kohler toilet. This is a water-saver model and I am pleased with it. Jason knows his stuff and is very skilled. No muss, no fuss.

Called Service King and they got there quick, figured out the problem quick.

It went fine. The work was done as quickly as it should be and it was very professional. They were very friendly and willing to answer any questions that I had and they allowed me to watch them install it.

There was a rainstorm and my subpump failed. Called a few places and non of them understood the emergency I was under to save my finished basement from flooding. Called Service King told them my issue and they were at my home in a half hour to save the day! I was so grateful for them being able to fit me in immediately I didn't care about the price and fully expected to be over charged because I figured they sensed my desperation. To my surprise the cost to fix the pump was way less then I expected! Since then I used them for other issues I have had. Very greatful to finally find a very reliable plumber that is very fair priced. I highly recommend Service King

They arrived on time and charged me the same rate as the last time they repaired a toilet for me, even though this time was a Saturday which was good. The work was done quickly however after five days, the water hose had shifted and water was coming out the top of the tank when the toilet was flushed. I called them at 7:15am and they came out that same day to fix the toilet. Their work comes with a one year guarantee and they stand behind their work. Highly professional, I would recommend them and I would hire them again.

We contacted Service King during what anyone would consider off hours Saturday night 10:30pm. Were able to schedule an Emerency call for Sunday first In the morning. And we were back up and running at 9:30am, after two parts were replaced.

Jason and his company were highly responsive, very prompt and seemed quite expert in his work. He worked quickly and effectively, was engaging and helpful and taught me a lot about how to take care of my home systems. He did the job I called him for and stepped up and took care of two other issues as well. His price was fair.
