Went great as explained. Prescilla promptly send me a quote and we went over the numbers and the details of the work via the phone, she answered all my questions and concerns . Meanwhile, Chris and his assistant showed up on time and started setting up quickly. My walls and flood dried out within 48 hours. Chris and his assistant both removed the equipment and all the plastic and material really quickly. they worked really hard to save my floors and walls from being demolished and needing replacement, which was accomplished at the end. I'm really greatful and will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The team did a great job helping to mitigate water damage from the flood. They responded immediately, arrived at my home, assessed the damage and started work right away. They completed the work quickly and were very professional.

Immediately upon the sewer company referred Water Damage Rescue to complete the restoration process, a professional staff named Juan came to our house and assessed the water damaged. We had a meeting and Juan explained to me the necessary procedures to clean and disinfect the affected area. Mr Salvador of their team came and install various equipments to clean and dry the floor and the sub floor of the house. Another team came over and scraped the infected soil and deodorized and disinfect the affected areas. It was an excellent process conducted by the staff.

These guys are awesome! We experienced flooding inside our house due to some broken pipes and they handled everything to help us fix the problem. They helped packed our items, dried our house and restored our home like the flooding never happened in the first place.
