It was horrible.  These two guys were the most unprofessional people we have ever had in our house.  I have an ornate desk in the front room.  I found one of the workers standing with all of his weight on top of the desk while he was working on the vent.  I gave him a dirty look and he got off the desk, only to be back on top of it when I returned.  I asked him to get off the desk because it wasn't meant to have the full weight of a person standing on top of it.  He laughed and said he didn't weigh that much.  Then, later, his partner (much heavier) was standing half on the desk and half on the ladder.  These people had moved other things out of the way in order to reach the vents but for whatever reason did not think to move this desk out of the way.  Then, they peeled paint off of our ceilings and off of the crown molding when they removed the grates to reach inside the vents.  They left some of the screws off of the vents and I had to call them back inside the house as they were leaving to replace the screws.  They could not find the screws and ended up putting in new screws which aren't painted of course, which looks stupid.  I also had to show them that one vent did not even have the chain reaching down from the vent.  The vent had to be removed and reinstalled.  It was like a circus having them here.  The vents look horrible.  I would not allow these people back in our home EVER!!! <br />

I would not use this use this provider again, the workers were fine but they were scrappy, there were screws all over the place they put a lot of screws for the door and I found screws all over the door that is why I will never use them again.

I had a Big Deal. They came out a few days after the deal was purchased. There was an additional charge. We they recommend all these other things and we decided to do them - cleaning additional ducts and sanitizing. For the $89 we paid for the Big Deal, it could have come with a bit more instead of having to pay all the extras. I'm not sure I'd use them again. I'd probably call around.

It went well.  I am in a new (to me) home, and I did not expect the mold problem, so the extra cost was a hit, but I always maintained my other home well, and I have to fix the things wrong on this one.  The technician was really polite and professional, and informed me of everything he was doing, and provided a detailed listing of what was wrong.  I can't climb the stairs to the attic to see, so I couldn't see the problem, but I took his word for it.  He even replaced a dirty vent in the front living room.   <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>Our appointment was scheduled to take place from 9-11am, and I advised the provider that we had a photographer who would be coming to take pictures of our home at 1:00pm. The provider assured me that the service would be completed in plenty of time for the technician to vacate before the photographer showed up. Unfortunately, the technician's helper had called in sick; he was running behind schedule, and he didn't show up until 12:30pm just before the photographer arrived. This created quite a bit of frustration and chaos, but the technician was patient and professional and he waited until the photos were complete to finish his work. He did a thorough job cleaning our air vents and aside from the tardiness, we are happy with the work.</p> <br />

I can't describe the details, but the service man fixed several problems that I was having with a very old a/c system.  He did not try to sell me a new unit, but did a great job of repairing the old one. <br />

Serviceman Air Duct Cleaning is the one that I used. It was all bad. They caused my air conditioner to go out and that was at 11 o'clock in the morning. They weren't licensed air conditioning specialist. I guess you have to have a license to work on Angie's List. They didn't have a license to do that but they broke the system. They didn't want to pay for the repairs that they had done. He left a mess in my bathroom floor where he was working on. Then promised to come back after he got the review and fix it but didn't.

They came within the allowed time, kept us well informed, were clean, and did an excellent job.

I had to trust them over the phone that I needed all the work done.  My wife had some questions on how to operate the heating system and we didn’t get stification on how to operate it.  I paid more than I expected.  I’m not sure if I would use them again.

The techs did a good job on cleaning the vents. The actual vents had gotten dirty and they were visibly cleaner after they finished. What I didn't expect was their diagnosis that I had mold in the system, along with an air leak. I became concerned about that information and asked how to get rid of the mold and air leak. They gave me an estimate of $310. I have the furnace and air conditioner checked every year and there was no mention of mold by the licensed Heating and Air company. I decided to wait and have my licensed company come out and give me their opinion. Upon a complete exam of my system, the licensed HVAC manager said there was no air leak and absolutely no mold in the system. <br />

Cleaned ducts and cleaned up afterwards too. Great job! <br />

The two service men arrived promptly and were professional in their approach to things. They told us what they were going to do and proceeded to setup their equipment. The first part of the process is determining where all the vents are and then removing all the covers. They did this part quickly and got to work right away. Opening the vents in older homes, of course some of them were painted and some immediately caused dust to drop. They proceeded to run through the cleaning, took their time, explained the optional services that could be provided. With this being a new house to us, we decided to add the additional services. I always expect an up-sell with promotion deals, so I figured this in and I was fine with their prices. The dryer vent was a mess, so I was glad that was taken care of. Once everything was done, they put all the vent covers back on and vacuumed up the house. Overall I was happy with the service when they left.  <br /> I did mark this review as "No, I would not use them again" and that's because I've been finding loose screws all over my house for months since they were here. When they took all our vent covers down, instead of replacing the original screws, they must have used new ones and the old ones were left behind. Having stepped on one or two of them, I wasn't thrilled and it would be dangerous if we had kids. <br /> I can't say the work was bad at all - I was happy with the clean pipes that I could see and they were very nice - but the leftover screws bothered me. <br />
