It was good. The person was very reliable. Their worker was very good. He was kind, effective and he advised me on what to do. He was very honest because he said the fridge was fine. I was satisfied. I would use them again and I would recommend them. I don't know if they sue the same employee in particular or if all their employees are the same but he seemed knowledgeable and he was very good.

It was fair but it wasn't great. We weren't really happy with that at the end of it. They were courteous. It wasn't a pleasant experience. I don't want to go through again with this. It took a couple of days for them to get here. There was a confusion about it too.

They arrived on time, were dressed in uniform, and set down fans. They used a deodorizer and a few other things. They left and came back days later to pick up their equipment <br />

The provider came out and saw that a part needed to be replaced. He advised that would be 5-10 days for the part to come in. It has now been 20 days and they still do not know when the part will come in. I have called them several times to check on the status. They have not contacted me. They told me to call Angie's List because the service was not completed to get a refund.

Repair of the range took 3 visits because they ordered the wrong part. Eventually it was fixed. <br /> Repair of the dishwasher door was not satisfactory. The heaviness of the door was fixed but the door continues to make a strong scraping noise as it is moved up and down and is also difficult to fully close. The repairman simply fixed the easiest part (replacing springs) without worrying about the final product. <br /> <br /> <br />

First, they were very late. The original time of the appointment was 12 noon, but because of multiple delays they didn't end up arriving until 6pm. <br /> Second, the technicians seemed to have no training whatsoever. They used moisture reading instruments but when I asked how they calibrated their instruments, they looked confused. In general, they had trouble communicating and could not explain clearly what they were doing. When I asked various other questions, they had no answers. It was all in all a pretty useless experience. They seem to have market, as people who have had water leaks obviously want to get it checked out ASAP. There aren't many service providers that do moisture checks, so there's big opportunity for poor service and price gauging. <br />

They did a great job. Everyone was very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing. They had what we thought was good advice. They addressed the problem. We knew that they were pretty good with that sort of thing.

They came in after the fire in the kitchen and cleaned the house very well. They got the smell out of the house. They also coordinated all the other subcontractors such as the folks who did the duct cleaning and the folks who did all of our dry cleaning. I can't comment on price because it was all covered by insurance - they were also the company that was recommended by our insurance agent. I would definitely work with them again. <br />

My washing machine overflowed with water and cause water damange to two floors of my home. The crew was professional and timely. They walked me through everything that was going to be done. They also provided great customer service over the phone when I called in.I'm sorry that I needed to use this service, but I am thankful that they did such a great job. I would use them again if I needed to. <br />

They sent two men. It took them barely 3 hours, when it would have take nus months to do. Now my sister has a way to move around my small apartment in her wheelchair. They did such a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them. They really knew what they were doing. They employed knowledge and experience.

The professional team at Servicemaster of Arlington came to our home quickly after our laundry room sink overflowed and caused water damage in our basement. They assessed the damage and had the carpet pulled up with fans blowing in no time. They told us exactly what they were going to do and then proceeded with the work. They recommended using the fans for several days, but we were headed out of town on a business trip. They put a lockbox on our door and came to remove the equipment when the carpet was dry. I don't think that I would have trusted anyone else to do this work. <br /> Servicemaster worked in our home last year when we had water damage to the kitchen and they did a fabulous job then as well. They are prompt, reliable and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. <br />

ServiceMaster came in very quickly and used water meters to determine where water was not drying out. The set up blowers and industrial dehumidifiers for 2 days. Unfortunately there was no way to save our Marmoleum and hardwood floors. SM then removed and hauled away all the flooring. Overall they were very good, but they made a few mistakes at the beginning that their more experienced crew later caught. For instance, it should have been clear that the subfloor under the Marmoleum (a vinyl-like product) was never going to dry out. The supervisor knew that and had it removed, but it should have been removed immediately and would have sped the drying process. <br />

Henry is a very pleasant, professional man. He arrived a half hour early (I usually expect technicians to show up at the very end of the window, not before the beginning!). He walked the premises and measured it and I pointed out areas he did not have to clean and heavy pieces of furniture I didn't expect him to move. He diligently worked, never bothering me at all. My carpet looks brand new and it's actually about 10 years old! <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I've used ServiceMaster for the past 3 years and have recommended them to my neighbors and friends. <br />

There was water damage in my condo. They were very professional and prompt. They had great communication and very thorough as well. They dried up everything and it was very effective.
