ServiceMaster Restoration by All Pro

Finding a remediation company that will also handle rebuilds was a huge pain. Researched and called a bunch of places. Finally settled on ServiceMaster by All Pro. I had a fridge leak that caused water damage to wood flooring, walls, and custom cabinetry in my kitchen. I just had Service Master do the containment and mold remediation plus the wall/cabinet removal/rebuild. The original flooring company handled installing the custom wood flooring afterwards. The remediation was done promptly (which is very important) and professionally. HEPA fans, containment and the other items specified in the mold remediation protocol I had done by mold testing company, Mold Inspection Sciences, were strictly adhered to. The drywall was removed up to four feet to ensure no damaged area would remain and cabinetry/wood flooring was removed from the damaged area. Everything was dried out and thoroughly cleaned. Jeff Wyble, Juan Quintero and crew were very professional and did a great job. There were some delays related to the rebuild and some times where I had to call multiple times to try to get something scheduled, but this work was also done right after Hurricane Harvey hit Texas, so this type of work was in high demand. So, it is understandable, but it did require some patience. I would not hesitate to go with ServiceMaster by All Pro again. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and I was very happy with the work. I was glad I didn't go the cheap route with another company and get substandard work or result. They had to rebuild custom cabinets from scratch and get them to match the other cabinets that weren't damaged in the kitchen. I was really worried about this part of it since it had the potential to change the look of my kitchen, but they did an amazing job and it looks exactly like it did before. Huge props to them!

After meeting four contractors, we decided the best company to handle the job was ServiceMaster Restoration by All Pro. Mr. Wyble was very straight forward in his assessment of the job. He neither minimized the work, nor presented it as an enormous undertaking--which I found the other contractors did. He and his team were professional, confident, clear in their expectations, and communicated extremely well. We highly recommend them.

Jeff is a class act who did a great job at a great price. He loves what he does, and does right by his clients. I'd have him bid on just about any home improvement project, not just restoration. He's got guys for everything. <br />

They were excellent, very responsive. I talked to them almost every day. It was an ongoing work from July to September, part of the house downstairs got flooded from the previous owners moving out, because their washer was disconnected incorrectly.

It went excellent and I would highly recommend All Pro for cleaning up nasty messes. They arrived quickly (as they said they would), cleaned up the mess professionally, staying until almost midnight to see the job done properly. <br />
