Schedule. Contacted the night before asking to reschedule. Rescheduled 2 days later. Then informed they were running behind. Fine. Ended up with a NO CALL NO SHOW. No communication since then, 3 days later.

My family moved into a new apartment and we needed a full move out clean for our old unit. Mark did a thorough job and discussed with me what should be prioritized and made sure to check all the boxes to make sure we were move out ready. Will likely hire again just to do a cleaning here and there if our new place. Thank you!

ServiceMaster was efficient and cleaned two entire homes for me. They are friendly and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for anything you need cleaned. Wonderful group of people and I would definitely hire them again.

What work that was done was okay. Wanted a thorough deep cleaning. They did not vacuum the furniture that was not even attempted. Edges of carpet were not done and tile floor at front door was not touched. Another thing that was not done was the bathroom tub (wiped out but not cleaned) or the wall tile that still has hairspray on it. These were things that I didn't notice until after they left. Also they were scheduled for a Friday and didnot show up. They said they left a voicemail but my phone showed no call received. Cleaning was rescheduled for the following Thursday and they showed up an hour and a half late. I had to call them to find out where they were and when thy would arrive. On the plus side they were courteous and did a good job in my basement it was only on the main living level that their quality slipped.

Highly recommend this company! Walls were exceptionally dirty after years of neglect, these guys washed and rewashed (some places as many as 8 times) until they were clean and ready to paint. Fast, efficient, friendly and great work ethic. Couldn't ask for more!

I hired Servicemaster Clean to clean the walls of a heavy smokers house. He was honest about his ability to clean the walls considering the damage, offered a reasonable price, and met my low expectations about the outcome with the walls. However, he was late for the estimate appointment, and then over an hour late for the cleaning appointment. Because of the timing issues this caused, I had to leave before the job was done, and he did not provide a receipt. I contacted him four times over the course of a month regarding the receipt, and while he promised to get around to it, drop it off, etc, he did not keep his word. I regret hiring this company.

They are hard workers and reliable.

Very good and very fast. We already recommended them to someone else.

20 minutes late to estimate appointment. Hour late to appointment and both lame excuses. Did not complete all tasks as promised and some tasks done were not done well. I had to redo several of the tasks myself.

We moved into a house where there was a previous smoker. I wanted my walls/ceilings prepped for painting. I was very overwhelmed, however they reassured me they could do it all in a timely manner!

The guy was really nice. We hired him to clean a sectional couch that we purchased used. He came out right away and was very clean looking and friendly. When he was done, our couch looked and smelled great. Within the next few weeks we found several things between the couch cushions including a pair of glasses, a Comcast remote (8 inch long), and much more. He did seem to clean the top, but must have never cleaned between the cushions. I will hire someone else next time I buy a used piece of furniture.

Friendly cleaners but not the deep clean I was looking for. Had to point out many things they had missed. Too many smoke breaks. 3 or 4 in 2.5 hours felt wasteful.

Great experience. I do not like companies to work in my home. Mark Rose and Ashley were very accommodating to all my details. A couple of wall areas were missed, but the quality of thie work they did over shadowed the couple oops.. I WILL BE THE FIRST TO ADMIT, I AM A PERFECTIONIST SO WHEN I SAY CALL ME IN THE SPING MARK...I mean it!!

Mark was very personal and pleasant to work with, He could have used some help to complete job because somethings were not completely done, and it probably was overcome with it all, and just plain forgot.
