I had the pleasure of having Jake come out and give me an estimate on a job on my parents' property. He was on time, professional, and very detail oriented. He went above and beyond by accurately measuring the entirety of the job and providing TWO different plans of action for completing the work. If he is the example employee, it may end up swaying my family to use Service Pro though the estimate was higher than a few others. When I let him know, he let me know that his company would compete once I had all the estimates in hand. Thanks, Jake!
