This is the absolute best company I have ever used for carpet cleaning! Brian is professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Scheduling was easy and he is honest and fair. He goes above and beyond to please the customer. Several of the other companies do not use wall protectors or wear booties but this is a standard practice with this company. Brian takes his time and and uses a great product. My carpet and rugs have never looked better! This will always be my go-to guy for carpet cleaning!

Best Carpet Cleaning Service We've Ever Used! <br /> We used Brian to clean the carpet on a rental house just yesterday.  My wife made the appointment.  Brian called her and told her he would be available earlier that afternoon, at 1:30pm.  He arrived right on time.  Brian was dressed professionally in a pressed uniform that was clean and spotless.  We took him through the house and he looked for any spots that needed pre-treatment prior to cleaning the carpet.  When he was done, the carpet looked amazing.  He was at the house for probably around 2  1/2 hours.  The house is close to 2,700 sf and probably 1,900 of it had carpeting.  The carpeting is about 9 years old.  He was methodical, took his time and did the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen.  Brian is the real deal.  He's courteous, professional and honest.  He wore booties afterwards (and gave us some too) so we could inspect the areas he had already cleaned.  The carpet looked about as good as it could look, like when if was first installed.  Brian deserves an 11 out of 10 rating! <br />

Brian, the owner, has cleaned my carpet several times and I always ask for him.  I have him come out about every other month as I have dogs. He does an excellent job every time.  He is the best with his quality of work and professionalism.  I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time we have used Services by Fleet.  Brian is as professional as they come.  We will continue to use his services for our carpets, beds, etc.  He shows up on time and gets the job done. 

I dog sit, so my carpet needs to be cleaned frequently. Brian is clean-cut and personable, he's very conscientious, and his prices are very competitive. My carpets all look and smell fresh and clean after he leaves. He's fair, honest, punctual, and dependable. He really does what a business person ought to and oftentimes won't. He really goes the extra mile. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

He not only cleans the carpet but also gets up and around the base boards and does a great job.  He is always on time and very professional.

Cleaned whole house carpets

First of all, I can't say enough positive things about Brian and his work.  This is the second time he's cleaned our carpets and he always does a superb job!  He has a strong work ethic and is punctual and efficient.  I have used other companies in the past and the problem areas on the carpet seem to return soon after the carpet dries.  After Brian came the last time, the spots remained gone.  <br /> Another big reason we are happy are the green products that he uses.  I have two little ones and am very concerned about limiting their exposure to chemicals.  He is very knowledgeable about his cleaning products which are environmentally sound and actually have a nice clean smell.  He is very friendly and respectful of my home, not to mention great with my kids.  He gets an A+ in our book!

Brian showed up exactly on time. It took approximately 1 hour to clean the 3 areas I wanted cleaned. All 3 of the rooms were over-sized. Brian was very professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the carpets before he left. <br />  He did an amazing job. The carpet looked better than it had in years. I called early in the morning hoping someone could clean my rugs - I teach and use them in classroom. Usually I rent a machine, carry it home and spend several hours cleaning the rugs. Then carry the equipment back to the store. This summer I wanted to skip all of the above and have some one come to house or take rugs to be cleaned. I called Services by Fleet and was thrilled to hear they could come in the afternoon, clean rugs in garage, and I'd be done. Went exactly as they discussed!!! Will use their service again and highly recommend others to do so!!!

We highly recommend Brian. He was able to come the same day  I called and arrived on time. He is extremely courteous, professional and pleasant to have in your home.His equipment is top of the line and everything about him reflects excellence. Although he was not able to remove all the stains on our carpet (although he certainly tried), he did a great job and actually charged us less than  the initial quote!. Our home smelled fresh, not like harsh chemicals and carpets looked overall very clean. Love that he gives a discount to teachers, clergy, civil servants and seniors. Truly an exemplary young man. <br />

I am so happy that I found Services by Fleet! The carpet cleaning company I have been using for years for my rental houses recently went out of business and was having a very hard time finding a reasonable rate for a small job. After speaking to Brain about my needs he had an estimate to me more quickly than I though possible! Over the next few days a few things about the job changed and he was quick to respond to my questions and change the estimate provided. In the end I got more than I expected all around - great <br /> quality work, prompt response, value and customer service! I look forward to using them in the future! <br />

I called Brian about noon and asked if I could have my carpet cleaned that week.  He said he could be available as early as an hour, so I was able to coordinate to get the carpets cleaned that same day for a discounted price.  Brian was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. <br />

This was the second time we used Service by Fleet.  This time we had them clean the couch.  They did an excellent job at removing the stains and pet odor.  Our couch is like new.  They also cleaned the carpet and once again did a great job. Also I would like to note they finished the carpet after we left the house. The technician Brian locked up after he completed the service without any issues.  We will be using their service again.
