I was looking for a company to come repair my refrigerator and I came across this company Spartan Appliance Repair with a lot of positive reviews. I called them and they arrived on time. My problem is they did a poor job its like they don't know what they are doing. Their prices were super high and it doesn't reflect on the service they offer. I realized all the positive reviews across different platforms are paid for. So just be careful while hiring them. Don't just read fake reviews.

The technician was punctual. He arrived the exact time we agreed and he was neat and cleared up after he finished . He was also polite and professional.

First, the freezer stopped cooling, and then the refrigerator side stopped cooling When the service provider arrived the first thing I asked him was if he had a leak detector. He told me he did not have one. I am a journeyman electrician, and so I know something about these things. The compressor was still running He proceeded to go behind the refrigerator to check it out and then wrote up an estimate to replace the compressor for over $1300. I told him I could buy a new refrigerator for that much. Online the estimate is given between $250 and $650 for a compressor replacement. I believe the service man did not come prepared to repair the refrigerator just to give an outrageous estimate, and hope I would go for it. I believe it is justified for a refund of the $85 I paid.

Sanji came out to fix my older Kenmore refrigerator. My daughter recommended I use this company. I'm happy I did and they fixed it quickly and moat important it was cheap.

Had a broken spring on my LG dishwasher. Everytime I would open the door to load or unload, the door would drop like a rock. My son recommended Service Spartan because he used them previously and had a good experience. They were able to send a technician the next day after I called. He was able to replace the spring on the spot and all was working like brand new right away. He charged a very reasonable amount and was very polite and explained everything every step of the way.
