Jason and his whole team were easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable. They also made sure to get everything taken care of in timely manner! Easy, fast, and without a hassle!

Jason and his team were able to quickly get out to our house when when no one else could or wanted to. His crew was kind, professional and were patient with my concerns and questions. The owner himself visited to make sure everything was going ok. He referred us to the right services to get our house back to normal. A thank you is not sufficient for their excellent service but I’ll definitely call them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

Jason at STOP is a true professional in his field. He maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process and was able to respond to our situation in a timely manner. We felt he was honest and conservative in his approach, which was much appreciated considering we were paying out of pocket and not through our insurance. Jason went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers. We highly recommend STOP and would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises (but hopefully it won't!).

Sump pump stopped working and flooded our basement for about 4 days before we discovered it.  Of course it was on Friday and will all the rains we got over 2 weeks, I couldn't get anyone to come out right away.  I was promised an appt by 2 other companies over the weekend and they never showed up. I called STOP on Monday morning and talked to Jason who probably could hear the desperation in my voice. He couldn't give a time but said he could squeeze me in and would call me in the afternoon.  (I heard that before...) But, HE DID CALL!  And more importantly showed up when he said.  After assessing the basement he gave me a quote and got started.  He had 1000 sq ft of carpet and baseboard ripped up within an hour by himself.  He placed the humidifier and fans and was out within 2 hours of getting there.  He came by the next few days to move things around and check the drying progress.  Jason was such a pleasure to work with despite the situation. He was very professional, courteous, and more importantly honest with the cost of the work done.  I can't say enough about how much I appreciated the work he did and in the manor it was done.  I can assure you that you will be in good hands if you hire him. <br />

I had water in the subfloor of my basement after some washout occurred on one side of my house due to heavy rains. I called them to make an appointment and they said it would probabaly be a week due to the high volume of calls and then they called back later the same day and said they were able to come immediately. I was glad to have them come sooner rather than later. They used a water extraction machine to remove the puddles of standing water that was on the plastic covering the subfloor and they also extracted water from the sump pit. The work took about 1.5 hours. They left an air mover in the sub-floor overnight to evaporate the remaining moisture and picked it up the next day. I appreciated their responsiveness and quick remedy of the situation. My only concern was that I could only get a rough estimate of cost before the work began and that estimate had a very large price range. In the end, the price was very reasonable. <br /> <br />

I was referred to Stop by a carpet cleaning service I have used in the past.  The carpet cleaner we use couldn't get to our house to dry/clean the carpets.  Jason came by that day and assessed the situation.  We discussed a price and he went to <br /> work.  He spent approx 2 hrs total on the job not including overnight fans.  There was some confusion on expectations of work but we were able to resolve and come to an amicable solution.   I would use Stop again but would need more detail on actions of work to be performed. Jason was extremely responsive and punctual and professional. The crew of 6 that cleaned my house were very courteous and professional and they did a great job! I am completely satisfied with their work. <br />

On a Sunday afternoon, we noticed a leak in the ceiling of our utility room. After a call to STOP, a technician was at our home within an hour. The technician helped remove drywall from the ceiling and found our leaky pipe. The technician applied mold deterrant and installed a dehumidifier and fans to start the dry-out process. The technician was very helpful and friendly even though it was after hours on a weekend. He even contacted a plumber and arranged a time for the plumber to come fix our pipe. Over the next several days, the technician removed additional drywall and monitored the moisture levels until the dry-out was complete. The owner also stopped by during the dry-out process to go over any questions we had and to address any concerns. That is a level of customer service that is unusual to see these days. A couple minor gripes - the technician ran late a couple times. This was not a big deal for us since I work out of my home, but could be an issue for someone that can only be available at specific times. Also, this company uses another company to perform asbestos testing. The cost of the asbestos testing seemed high for the amount of work performed. We did not contact any other companies regarding the price of this testing, but it would have been nice to have had options to choose from for this service. Overall, we were happy with the services performed and would contact STOP again if the need arose.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the results.  Our downstairs is now completely back together.  <br />
