Fine.  There were no additional fees.  They were less than friendly.  They left the area fine when they were done.  The guy was just, I mean I asked him one question and it was like I was trying to pull teeth.

I bought the deal off of Angie's List of the $99 Faucet Installation.  I needed to replace the tub handles and spout (I provided the new ones). I didn't want to deal with this myself, as it seems I always make it worse than how it started originally!  The guy showed up (sorry, can't remember name!), and he was very polite, thorough, and did the job very quickly.  He could have done a better job caulking, as the old stuff was still on the tub/walls and wasn't removed.  Overall, was very pleased and would use them again. <br />

<p>Vincent partially installed the faucet and soap dispenser set but when putting in the soap dispenser he mounted it so it was crooked after trying to adjust the soap dispenser myself and making a number of trips to Home Depot to remedy the situation I called and spoke with Vincent he agreed to come back out and scheduled a time with me but he didn't come back or call to reschedule.  </p> <br />

Service Tech Plumbing was running a great deal on the faucet installation so technically all services cost nearly $600.  Provider was very easy to work with as a first time home buyer. <br />

I am satisfied with the work that was done.  My only issue is that after purchasing the service, it took 4 or 5 phone calls and over 2 weeks just to get the installation scheduled.  When I called, I was told someone would call me back but it never happened.  On the last call, I was like, "Hey, it's me again... " and finally got on the calendar.  But there was no apology for the inconvenience.  I would much rather give a glowing review.  And again, I have no issues with the work done.  But I was a little disappointed with the customer service. <br />

Mr. Lopez responded to my call immediately and scheduled and completed the work that same day in a timely manner. He explained what he would do and called my attention to his progress and completion. He also repaired a leak that he discovered during his work, at no extra charge. <br /> He took off his shoes at the door and cleaned up his work area thuroughly. <br /> He was very curteous and answered all my questions. <br />

The installation went great. It took Vincent about 1 hour and everything went fine. He also installed the soap dispenser that came with the new faucet. He offered to toss the old faucet and the packaging but I wanted to go through it all first. The kitchen was left is great condition. <br /> Scheduling was a little slower then I would prefer. Hence, the reason for the "B' rating on responsiveness. Timbra contacted me within the 2 days given by Angies list. We scheduled a time via Angies list text but that was slow and cumbersome. I gave her my phone number and tried calling them but no answer. I would prefer to schedule via phone when I book the service...not 2 days later. I needed to take off work to be home for the installation so getting the installation date asap is very important me. <br />

Vincent did an excellent job on a complicated faucet installation.  I will be calling Service Tech Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in the future. <br />

Once again Vincent outdid himself.  I called Friday because of a very leaking valve in the basement that led to a very leaky outdoor faucet.  At the last minute I added replacing the strainer in our kitchen sink.  Vincent was able to come the very next day, even though it was Saturday, with no extra charge.  He went to Menards for the parts for the sink as it was a non standard setup.  Then he removed the old valve downstairs and replaced it with a new type that is easier to use and does not leak.  This required cutting copper tubing and soldering the new piece in.  Then he replaced some worn parts on the outside faucet, and replaced the kitchen sink strainer making sure the sink would now old water and there were no leaks under the sink.  The very old and hard to access outside faucet is still dripping, but he offered to come back to check on it.  He was trying to repair it without ripping up any walls- but it is 28 years old. <br />
