EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! EXCELLENT! ServePro is an excellent company. I cannot say enough about this company. They are professional, prompt, reliable, informative and a pleasure to work with. I have used this company 3 times in the past couple years for water damage issues at my home. Each time I have used them was the same high quality service. They worked with my insurance company to ensure everything that was needed was provided. They are always reachable to review or discuss any of your questions. They definitely ensure the customer is their priority!

We had just bought brand new furniture the day before we hosted Christmas with our family at our new home. Our family had brought an elderly dog (that we didn't realize at the time) had been relieving himself on our day old furniture. I called Jeff and he had his team out immediately for an upholstery clean. Jeff was so understanding and although it was a small job compared to what I'm sure he normally deals with, still treated me as his #1 priority. Greg did an amazing job on our furniture - it smells and looks brand new! I would recommend Jeff and his team for any job, big or small!

They took the carpet out, got the room dehumidified out. They helped me with the insurance company. Jeff was extremely helpful and extremely curtious. He gave me some references for work that needed to be done that they couldn't do. I got his information from a neighbor of mine that was very satisfied with their work.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I want to thank you for reaching out to us to mitigate the water damage from a pin hole in a basement pipe. It was critical to get out there quickly, get the floor pulled up, drywall cut and the basement dried out quickly to prevent bacteria and mold growth. We frequently replace floors and drywall so I am glad you were pleased with the outcome! Best regards, Jeff"

They did an excellent job. Jeff was always where he promised and communicated with us very well. Jeff did the work for significantly less than another company quoted and guaranteed his work while the other company did not. When the work was finished, he followed up with us to see if we were still satisfied and gave us suggestions to keep the problem from recurring. He was recommended to us from another friend and we would highly recommend him as well. We would definitely hire him again.

We take great pride in ensuring that mold is remediated properly when we perform the service. Though the work entailed a lot of demolition, proper treatment and remediation the outcome was fantastic with negative post mold spore testing! Please call us to support any needs in the future! Best regards, Jeff"
