ZZ and his crew are terrific. I simply can not find even one negative remark to demonstrate any shortcomings with this professional group of people. From start to finish, ZZ and his crew treated my wife, myself, and my property with utmost respect. From the day of measuring and pricing estimation (four windows) to the day of installation, the entire group of individuals arrived on time with eagerness to work, they were all extremely neat, diligent, and paid attention to EVERY detail. My wife and I are extremely happy with our windows investment that we are going to have additional windows replaced by Seven Sun. The removal and installation went very well. The work area was cleaner after they left than before they came! There was no damage done to the house or yard. The door operates great and looks wonderful. Two cautions: Keep in mind the quote does not include the cost of a town permit. Final payment may be expected before the town inspection is done.

All work was preplanned and executed with flawless attention to detail. Once each window was expertly installed, Justine vacuumed the area and spotlessly cleaned both the inside & outside of the glass. 21 existing windows were removed & replaced with new on the first day. On the second day, all the exterior wood trim, with peeling paint, was covered with aluminum. It was a beautiful job - my house now looks great!

We needed to replace our front door and door to garage, including the associated framing. After getting 3 quotes, we elected to have Seven Sun do the work because they carried ProVia doors, had great online reviews, and all of the initial meetings and communications were done in a timely manner with great attention to detail. Zz explained everything in person and the job went very well. We wanted a special door handle and Zz special ordered it and process went smoothly. All of the work was done in a very professional manner and looks great. The price was slightly higher than some other quotes, but the quality of the work and the professionalism of the company is worth the price in our opinion. If we need more window or door work done in the future, I will be calling Seven Sun again.

It was absolutely the best experience we have ever had.. From the initial meeting to the final installation everything was excellent. More importantly, however, was their ability to explain the product and their patience in helping us decide what would work best for our situation. Outstanding!!! Doing a window project can be stressful & expensive. Excellent. Z turned up on time, clearly explained all the options, and put a rush order in to get the new window as soon as he could. Tenant's dog had also chewed the window sills in the room, Seven Sun replaced them and they look perfect. The window looks beautiful as well. Very satisfied.

Seven Sun’s business approach, job execution and customer service are top notch that exceeds 100% customer satisfaction. After doing some research and seeing various door brands in person at different door vendors, we decided on a specific brand of door (ProVia) and Seven Sun was one of the few in the area that carried the door and installed them. Although the quality and the look of “real wood” for a fiberglass door were our main reasons for the purchase, we realized that the quality of the door can only go so far as the quality of the installation. Having experienced poor quality installations in the past forced me to research as much as I possibly can on every installer so that I do not make the same mistake again. On Seven Sun’s website, they list reasons why a customer should choose them for their window and door needs. I won’t go through them all, but will touch upon which bulleted items were important to us. 1. Top Quality Products Tailored Just for Your Home: They install ProVia doors, which are one of the highest quality doors in the industry. We wanted a fiberglass door that resembled the look of a real solid wood door and when comparing various door manufacturers, ProVia’s Signet Fiberglass collection had the best “real wood look” finish. Additionally, our entry double-door required a customized door due to the challenge of bricks enclosing the entry opening. ZZ used his tablet to show us examples of doors he has installed to see various custom openings as well as going through various options and features that we wanted in our door using ProVia’s app. 2. Made in the USA: ProVia Doors are manufactured in Ohio in the heart of Amish country. 3. Owner Installed: ZZ, Justine and Jake were present for the installation. This gave us a nice local feel, knowing that we are dealing with the owner and not several employees who we have not established a working relationship with throughout the entire process. 4. Attention to the Smallest Details: ZZ and his people focused on so many small details to ensure proper operation of the door. One, prior to the installation of the door, he measured our door opening, not once, not twice, but probably 4-5 times. He wanted to make sure he measured the proper sizing of the door so that it fits just right with as little gaps as possible to fill. He even apologized for taking a long time, which I had no issue with whatsoever. I want the job done right the first time. Two, he spent time on the threshold to ensure there was enough support under the door (he had to replace the rotted wood in one section under the door) and that it was properly leveled. Three, he had to make sizing adjustments to the trim around the door on the exterior since the door is restricted by the brick. He focused on this so that the door looks aesthetically beautiful. Four, all three (ZZ, Justine and Jake) were integral in installing the door and maintaining cleanliness in and around the home. 5. Your Project Will Be Done the Right Way, the First Time: Everything was done to the T, with no major issues with the door. The team arrived at 7 AM to prep their work stations and they finished work around 6 PM even though there was an hour and a half delay in the delivery of the door (not Seven Sun’s fault). The only issue that arose was regarding the doorbell operation. But ZZ promised to come back the next day to resolve that issue and he absolutely did and we appreciate his honesty and dedication to customer satisfaction. 6. It’s All in the System – Virtually Zero Measuring and Ordering Errors: I can definitely state that ZZ got this right the first time. We had no issues; the door was sized correctly and ordered exactly as we specified in the initial consultation. 7. Virtually Zero Post-Installation Callbacks: Although we just got the door installed, I can’t imagine having any issues with the door in the future knowing how detailed everyone was in installing the door. 8. Simple, Clear, and Honest Estimates with NO Hidden Charges: At the first in-home meeting for the estimate, ZZ was honest and answered any questions we had. He provided some insight on various doors but never pressured us to go one way or another. He provided the estimate and that included everything. No hidden charges and he explained the details of the cost. 9. No Deceptive Advertising, Ever: Again, ZZ never employed any deceptive sales tactics. My wife is very observant of shady people and their sales tactics just from experience through work and her general gut feelings. She saw none of that when dealing with ZZ. It must be that Eastern European connection since my wife’s ethnic background comes from that region. 10. No Pricing Games: Yes, ZZ kept it simple, no gimmicky discounts. We had a general idea how much our door will cost and his estimate was right in the ballpark. It’s a custom door tailored to what we want in every detail. You get what you pay for. Quality, Execution and Service. 11. Lifetime Warranty, Parts and Labor 100%: This was a huge sell. Seven Sun stands by their work. 12. Personalized Service: Seven Sun worked with us from start to finish. They were readily available via phone or email. Generally email worked best for me since I worked during the day and I am busy with my kids in the evening making it difficult to have a quiet conversation. They put all their effort to ensuring a top quality door deserved a top quality install. We are in awe of our new door. Further, after we accepted his quote to install the door we customized, we received a personalized “Thank You” card from Seven Sun. Awesome personalized touch. We appreciated that. My wife and I truly felt we received the highest quality in the work that Seven Sun did installing the entry door. Any new customer dealing with Seven Sun will not be disappointed. They are a legit quality installer, professional and dedicated to satisfy every customer 100%.

Communication was excellent from the very first meeting. After a very personal, no-pressure sales call, and based on excellent reviews on Angies List, Google, etc., we decided to go with Seven Sun for our first window project. ZZ came again to take more precise measurements, ordered the windows, and gave us a reasonable time frame for delivery and installation. Everything went according to plan, and Justine kept us informed throughout the process. This was a two day job (if memory serves), and was complicated to some extent by the surprise discovery of some old termite damage in and underneath one of the old window sills. ZZ took on board the necessary carpentry work to make everything right, and did so for a very fair additional price. From start to finish I felt very comfortable with Seven Sun in my home, and will gladly call them again when I am able to afford another round of window or door replacements. The windows have been great, and the most exposed room in the house is certainly warmer in the winter months.
