They sent me a contract that had a mistake in the scope of the work. I emailed twice asking for them to correct it in which case I would be happy to proceed. No reply. I called and spoke to a lovely woman who said that Tony would get back to me. He never did.

Hi. Sorry that you feel like that. The estimate was corrected on June 12th and was emailed back to you. Tony is on vacation due to a family emergency out of state. He will contact you as you promised as soon as he is back on Monday morning. Thank you.
