Our experience with Sand G was great. There was never any pressure and everyone of the staff were always available to us and extremely helpful. Bill Sprugasci was our sales rep and had himself been installing carpets for years, so he was able to answer all of our technical questions with ease. Our installer, Lalo, was wonderful. Put carpeting in two rooms, a hall, and a stairwell. He did a fabulous job. We love it. We would highly recommend Sand G in Pleasanton to everyone! <br />

We used Sand G Carpet in Pleasanton because we had used them before to install laminate flooring throughout the front rooms and hallway. We had carpets in all 4 bedrooms and wanted to replace the carpet in two bedrooms and install laminate flooring in the other 2. Karen was our salesperson. She arranged for Oscar to come out and measure the rooms and estimate the costs. Karen was very patient helping us try to figure out which floors and carpets we wanted to use and allowed us to take samples home to help decide. <br /> The time between selection and installation was pretty short. We actually needed more time to clean junk out of the rooms. <br /> The installers were very good and very professional, which is what we remembered from our previous experience. They did a really fantastic job. They installed the carpet the first day in about 6 hours and came back and installed the laminate flooring in about 10 hours. They moved all the furniture for us at a nominal additional cost, I think $150. The quality was perfect!! <br /> The only issue we had with the job is that Oscar did not include floor boards for the two laminate rooms. This was partly our fault because I think we originally were going to do all 4 rooms in carpet and then switched things up. It took a couple of calls to get it straight and the installers did not bring the floor boards with them during the installation. But they came back a week later (It would have been the next day but we had to work) and did the installation. <br /> All in all it was a really great experience and we will use them again. <br />

I had a great experience here at S and G Carpet in Pleasanton! My sales associate was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient through my selection process, and even when I changed my mind after I was certain we nailed it the first time! The installers they sent out, Jason and James, were wonderful! On time, very polite, careful not to knick freshly painted walls and they obviously worked well together. They put in carpet as well as vinyl tiles in my office and in front of my back slider door. They did a great job. Zero complaints. I would use S and G again for sure and would ask for the installers specifically! <br />

We just completed the remodeling of a basement Game Room and needed to finalize the job, by re-carpeting the stairs to the Game Room, from the upper part of the house. <br /> The Sales team at Sand G allowed us to use our measurements, when I went into their Showroom to choose a carpet. <br /> We made all of the arrangements a couple of weeks in advance, so I was able to choose the day of service. <br /> A very courtious Install Team, arrived promptly on the agreed day and were finished in less than 2 hours. They pointed out that the type of stair procedure ordered was different and was it okay to proceed? We also appreciated that instead of just leaving, they pointed out that when pulling out the old carpet and pad, it took some of the paint off of the wall and that the height of the new material was a little lower showing another paint color..... we agreed not a problem to fix ourselves. <br /> We felt the price was fair, except the $135.00 aka and quot;trip chargeand quot; for 13 stairs? The entire install was a good experience, with the exception of the oil spot left in our driveway from the installers van. <br /> We would use Sand G again <br /> <br />

The entire staff at Sand G were very professional thruout our flooring installation process. They made us feel very comfortable and we knew they would do a good job. And we were right to choose Sand G!! Hector and Bill were very patient with all my insane crazy questions, numerous color changes and baseboard installation after the fact. Thanks for putting up with me! <br /> As for the installation, it was exceptional work!! The flooring guys got the kitchen and entryway done quickly. <br /> The young man who did most of our carpet was excellent!! Extremely impressed with our 'hollywood stairs'. <br /> We had an awesome experience with S and G Carpet and I recommend them to everyone. Thanks so much. The sales rep was patient and helped me choose the right selections for my needs. The installers were on time and very efficient. I would use them again. <br />

I'm very happy with them all around. I went into the showroom and Roy helped me find something I liked. He was nice enough to stick around a little late while I waited for my wife to come see the selections. The process was painless. The estimator came by on time and worked efficiently, pointing out some necessary prep work. The written estimates are clear and broken down nicely in detail. Then the installer came and did the whole install alone (not typical, but his partner was out that day). He worked really hard and did a great job. He coordinated with me on decisions about where to put seams, since the style of carpet we used tends to show seams more than other types. In the end, I can't see any seams and the installation looks perfect. On price, we saved quite a bit compared to competing estimate. I would definitely use them again. <br /> <br />

They are very friendly. They give good service. They are easy to deal with. They are very thorough. They have been around for a long time. I like them.

They showed up on time and installed all of our carpet in one day. They did a good job!

Bill, the manager, is incredible. They answered all my calls. Everyone helps and pitches in. They installed everything beautifully. They were very happy to work with me on what I could spend and how to do this.

I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE FOR THE TYPE OF CARPET THAT WAS INSTALLED.

The installation of this new flooring was a breeze. It was done in the amount of time they estimated and the work was done professionally without any flaws or problems. They stand behind their products and if you buy things on sale you get a very good price. I would go to them first everytime for flooring.

SALESPEOPLE ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL AREAS, INCLUDING KNOWING WHAT WOULD WORK BEST IN OUR SIZE ROOMS, AND WHAT WAS BEST TO HOLD UP TO CHILDREN, AND ANIMALS. WE WERE ALLOWED TO TAKE SAMPLES HOME FOR TESTING.

THIS COMPANY HAS A WONDERFUL STAFF. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE STAFF REALLY KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT WHEN IT COMES TO CARPETS and RUGS. THEY ORDERED and DELIVERED THE AREA RUG, and IT LOOKS GREAT.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD TO WORK WITH. THEIR ESTIMATE WAS RIGHT ON TARGET, THEY WERE VERY FAST, and THE CARPETING LOOKS GREAT. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR OTHER FLOORING NEEDS I HAVE.

S and G FLOORING TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US SEVERAL SAMPLES BASED ON WHAT WE SAID WE WERE LOOKING FOR. NOT WHAT THEY WANTED US TO HAVE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING.

S and G WAS VERY PROMPT AND HELPFUL. THEY MOVED THE THINGS THEY NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE. THE CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. THEY TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE.

Sand G FLOORING WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. WE NEEDED SOMEONE THAT COULD HELP WITH THE PROJECT MORE THEN JUST INSTALL. WE HAD CERTAIN THINGS WE WERE LOOKING TO ENHANCE AND THE WOOD FLOOR WAS THE FINISH TO THE ROOM. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. NEAT, CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL CHOICE OF WOOD AND GRAIN. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE AS A CUSTOMER.
