I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by CERI for the mold remediation in my home. Finding mold in our home felt like an absolute nightmare, and I was so grateful I found this team. From my very first phone call, the entire process was seamless. The initial inspection was incredibly thorough, and they patiently walked me through the entire remediation plan, addressing all my concerns with professionalism and expertise. There were no scare tactics, just honest evaluation and clear communication. When the crew, led by Scott and Travis, arrived, they were punctual, courteous, and ready to work. They took meticulous safety measures to contain the spores and protect the rest of my family and home. I was impressed by their attention to detail; they even showed me pictures of the progress daily and ensured the work areas were spotless after completion. The results are truly remarkable. A year later, the affected areas are still mold-free, and the air quality is great now.

Travis did a great job from start to finish. He responded quickly to my inquiry and explained everything clearly. Did all the work on time. He and his team did everything as they promised. I would highly recommend there services.

I am very pleased with the professionalism, promptness, and care that was given to my mold problem. I was even notified of another issue in my basement that I wasn’t aware of and needed attention. They were very easy to work with.

I live in Saint Joseph MI and CERI did an excellent job finding and removing the mold that was inside our home and finding and removing smaller areas of asbestos. I called because I’ve had chronic allergy problems, with the mold removed from the home and the air quality tested on each floor to find the problems before starting, my allergies are much better. The customer service was an A+ l highly recommend them for anything regarding this type of work. They are not located in this area but you would never know it, they are familiar with this area from other jobs done here.

Travis, who was amazing, came out to test my residence. He was early, down to earth, and professional. He reassured me that I was not crazy, that he could tell after 10 minutes of being in my apartment that I had a mold issue. Travis continued his testing, which was very detailed, efficient, yet a quick process. My tests were sent in for lab testing and it came back as positive for mold throughout my apartment. Travis and the team at Critical Environment helped me prove that my residence was the cause of my illness and was the proof I needed to get my lease terminated. This was an absolute answer to my prayers. In my opinion, there is no better company to test your home than Critical Environment. A month after Travis tested my place a client of mine was complaining about health issues, I told them about my experience with critical environment. They called and Travis came out the NEXT DAY and tested. You will not find a more professional and proficient company than CE.

Travis and Critical Environment responded quickly. Called me back right away on a Sunday morning. He did a job for me earlier this year and had an issue come up while that job was under warranty still. He took care of the problem no questions asked standing behind the warranty.

SGS Contracting and Environmental Services tested out indoor air quality and found mold and unhealthy air quality. They did an exceptional job find and eliminating the cause of the unhealthy air quality. I highly recommend them!

If you’re looking for a pro to help you with mold issues, I can’t recommend SGS enough. When I discovered the toxic effects mold was having on my health, I couldn’t believe it. I researched and did my homework to understand mold and how to effectively remediate. I was shocked to find that I knew more than most “mold restoration” companies out there and how unregulated it is in Michigan. I sought out true professionals and that’s how I found SGS. They know their stuff, go above and beyond, communicate effectively and efficiently, take the necessary steps, and have helped us through home inspections and remediation support. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. SGS services were higher in cost but that’s because they actually do what is needed to remediate the problem and not make the problem worse like many companies do (which end up costing more in the long run and have health consequences). I’m so grateful that SGS does what they do!

They were quick to respond to my request. Arranged to get there the following week and gave me the results of the testing as soon as they received them. They were extremely professional and thorough in there testing.

We received verbal confirmation that our asbestos test was negative for the ceiling tile samples but have not received the written lab report yet (2 weeks). This is a minor complaint as i am sure they will mail it to us
