Did work that did not fix the problem.

He did a good job and was very efficient with his time. He understood what I wanted and he got to work right away.

Keith does excellent work. I will continue to call him for any of my handyman jobs. His hourly rate is a bargain for the work he very capably performs.

We had to redo a lot of his work. The ceiling had stripes since he missed many sections. There were many large paint drips that had to be removed. Paint was on the carpet as well as the glass part of the windows. We spent a lot of time doing the job again. Paint was also on furniture.

Very well, the job was completed with high quality.

He was super excellent! He finished early, but told me he could still come back for the rest of the time if I needed.

I paid $119 for four hours of handyman service, and the day scheduled was raining so the outside painting I wanted couldn't be done. So Shaffer did a few things (which turned out to need re-doing), totaling maybe 45 min, and I wanted him to use the rest of the time to take down the inside stair railings to sand and paint, as we had discussed. But he looked around at other potential jobs (e.g, cleaning and staining deck), quoted me what I thought were pretty fair prices that, he said, included a 10% discount for the money I had paid up front, and said he would contact me to schedule a time to back for these. I was not really comfortable with this arrangement, but in any case I never heard from him (it's been six weeks). Wasted my money.

Had an original appointment with company he missed that rescheduled and missed second appointment as well. He never called to let me know that he would miss the appointment Not very reliable company

Excellently! He is slready scheduled to come back to do more work for me.

He was on time and went right to work. Cleaned up after himself. Had a great attitude. Finished very thing I had on my list in good time.

Great. He was prompt and prepared for the job. He got right to work and finished everything we asked of him. Very friendly and accomadating, yet professional. Even nice to our dog that kept getting in the way. I will hire him again for future projects we plan to do.

He walked into the bathroom, flushed the toilet....pointed with his pocket knife that it was well into the level of code for how much it filled the toilet. Proceed to walk down the stairs and said that will be $30... I paid him .....he is a large dude! He commented "that was an easy job"....and left.

It went well. Provider was on time and completed work in a little more than half the timr purchased.

Good, had to come back to adjust rocking toilet

He did ok. It wasn't too much for the price. He had to come back several times for the rubber trim in the basement and the cabinet is still a little shaky.  <br /> <br /> <br />

He was not really good. I didn't know that he wasn't licence and insured. My building kicked him out. He messed up my backsplash. He is not good. He came up with an cheap price, and its my fault that I did not check up on this guy. I should have looked at pictures. He said it was my fault, but I didn't know he wasn't insured. Paint was everywhere. He couldn't cut wood straight. I didn't know that he didn't have all his tools. I can't even ask him to fix anything that he messed up, because my building won't let him in. I know from now on not to let them work without insurance. Everything that he did, he did wrong, and he had to take it down again. He used all my backsplash, and I got to buy new backsplash. He did not have the skills or the equipment. That was an awful price, because I did not get anything that I wanted. He comes to work with his wife. What he could not understand, his wife would explain it, and carry his things. He said he had to charge more to pay his wife. I understand that you need help and all, his wife got sick, and had to go to the hospital. The building asked for his papers, and he got upset. I didn't know he wasn't insured. He came when he said he was suppose to. He couldn't do the carpentry or the painting.  When he worked, we had to cover up an refrigerator, he had paint everywhere.

Ok. A little messy with some paint splatter but walls look good.

Work was all well done. Keith said he would return if we noticed any problems once the paint dried.
