Very well. The estimate was very detailed, and the workers were very easy to have working at my house. They did a good job and I am satisfied with the outcome of our project.

Dealing with Contractors in Bozeman right now is horrible. After fumbling around with three or four, Shamrock came through for us and built us a beautiful and stout trex deck.

I thought it went exceptionally well. Their chief carpenter Paul was very particular about getting things exactly right. And so was Mike, the owner. The deck itself was a challenge because it was high off the ground (nearly 11 feet). And the weather was also a challenge (sub-zero mornings and snow). The horizontal surfaces of the deck are all Trex and I must say, the deck was built like the proverbial "brick outhouse." I have never seen step stringers made from "glue-lams" (essentially laminated beams). When you climb up the steps, it feels like you are climbing concrete steps, because they are so solid. The rebuild of the deck (including the tearing down of the existing one) was not cheap (Trex is way more expensive than wood), and it took a bit longer than promised, but it was worth it. The new deck looks super, and I feel like it could hold 50 people.

It was awesome, they were really good. They were professional, friendly, on time, efficient, quick, and good price.

Mike and his crew were great to work with. I spent years trying to have a contractor give me a quote for replacing the siding my house. I found Shamrock Carpentry on Home Advisor and Mike gave me a call back the same day. The work went well, especially considering the weather did not cooperate for most of time. The siding looks great and it's a relief to finally have a good, water-tight exterior.

Shamrock Builders built a porch on the front of our house that exceeded our expectations! It was done with professional discussion of options the whole process and within our budget. This past summer they came back within the week of calling them and redid a whole area when it had shown an unexpected problem. No questions, no charge. They stand by their work. Our porch is beautiful and neighbors complement it often. We enjoy it daily!
