Is owned and operated by Dennis Foley and Kevin Foley. Shamrock Construction has access to most scattered lots and future subdivisions. We will purchase a lot for you or build on your lot. You may choose one of our fine prints or have a print drawn or customized to meet your specific needs. If you have a print, bring it in! We will be happy to price it up at no charge. If you are considering a lot purchase, let us know! We will be more than willing to walk it with you and help make the decision easier. If you currently own a lot or are paying on a lot, we will pay it off and roll it in the full purchase package. We take pride in our quality construction. It has become our trademark. Our list of standards is long and will continue to grow as proven new products come into the housing market. Our pricing is competitive with other contractors building comparable quality homes. Shamrock markets its homes through our own sales staff who will work with you every step of the way. Our sales representatives are knowledgeable and qualified to answer the majority of your questions immediately. They work directly with Dennis and Kevin on a daily basis and are in the building office and on job sites throughout the week. This enables us to make the building process run smoothly. We at Shamrock are in a position to carry our own construction loans. You choose your bank for your future mortgage and we handle the financing for the construction throughout the entire building process. You do not close on your loan until we deliver you your finished dream house.
