Very good communication all the way through. The deck was power washed and sanded, then very nicely stained. The covered porch was also power washed, sanded and then painted. Both turned out fantastic and are weathering the winter very nicely. Would definitely turn to Shamrock again if we had any more projects like this.

I am trying to get the house ready for sale. Bob came out and gave me a price to "neutralize" the decor. He went over the house and gave me suggestions on what should be done to get more bang for the buck. We picked out paint colors and they started the next week. Jim & Mike "the crew" did an excellent job! Since I work from home they were very accommodating with working around my schedule as to not interfere with "working hours". The boys were great! The house looks great! I have no doubt the improvements they made will definitely pay off.

Bob and his crew were great. They were punctual, hardworking, and dependable. They were perfectionists and re-sanded and re-painted areas that they were not happy with. They were also very helpful and personable, made sure that the house was clean and neat when they left.

WE ORIGINALLY MET THEM WHEN THEY WORKED FOR ANOTHER ANGIE'S LIST COMPANY. WHEN WE LEARNED LAST SPRING THAT THEY STARTED THEIR OWN BUSINESS, WE DIDN'T HESITATE TO HIRE THEM SINCE WE HAD BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK FOR THE OTHER COMPANY. HOWEVER, ON THEIR OWN, THEY WERE OVERPRICED, AND QUALITY OF WORK WAS AVERAGE AT BEST. WE WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

"AS I RECALL, WE HAD A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS MEMBER. HOWEVER WE DID NOT POWERWASH HER HOUSE, WE DID HER PATIO,WALKWAYS, SANDSTONE PORCH AND 2 OUT-BUILDINGS REMOVING ALOT OF MOLD & MOSS BUILD-UP. WHILE THERE WE DID ALOT OF "EXTRA''S" THAT WE DIDN''T CHARGE HER FOR BECAUSE THEY WERE LITTLE THINGS. SHE WAS VERY PLEASED AT THE TIME AND EVEN REFERRED US TO HER SISTER, WHO WE ALSO DID WORK FOR & WAS ALSO VERY PLEASED. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHY SHE IS DISPLEASED, HAD SHE CALLED US, WE WOULD HAVE GONE BACK WITHOUT HESITATION."
