Shamrock is great. We were moving from two smaller homes in order to sell them and then buy a home together. So, we needed to store everything for an unknown period of time before moving it all into our new home. Shamrock came and gave excellent estimates for each home to move everything into storage and how much storage rates would be per month. The estimator was very experienced and was able to give an accurate estimate for the volume, number of movers, and overall cost based on all the factors of the homes (stairs, etc.). The movers came and attached scannable codes to every item and box and moved everything with care and precision. We found the whole company to be very professional, helpful, and nice. Our belongings arrived in the new home safe and in the same condition as when we had packed it. I would definitely hire Shamrock again.

Things went very well. It took longer then I had thought it would but then I have not moved in many years. Plus, things always take a bit longer then one thought it would. They were three guys and they worked very hard and fast.

Everything was professional from start to finish. The estimate was scheduled very quickly, and the estimator was efficient and didn't waste any time in going through the condo and seeing what needed to get done. Vennessa in the Menlo Park office was helpful in getting us the documents we needed and making sure everything was scheduled, as well as providing us with reminder e-mails. We had the same crew for the packing the day before and the actual move: a foreman and 3 helpers. On packing day, they came 10 minutes into the start of the window and only took a 1/2 day to do the whole packing job. (So far, nothing we've unpacked has been broken, other than a small plastic plate of no value.) On moving day, they actually came about 10 minutes early, got everything into the van as quickly and efficiently as possible, and even got to our new house before we did! The guys were professional and worked super **** ** both days. Shamrock is probably the best movers I've ever hired. Even the company that moved us cross-country 3 years ago mislaid a few of our things and ended up having to redeliver them a week later. We haven't finished fully unpacking yet, but so far everything looks good.

Well- except the movers didn't remove the stabilizing pins on my washer so I had to pay for a service technician to tell me the pins were not taken out.

If I could, I would give them 5+ stars. From Jose, who gave the estimate, to Jessica who coordinated the move, and of course the movers, everything went perfectly! Professional, courteous, hard working, careful and on time. One truck was full and they had to come back a second day, but arrived on time and got my move completed as per contract. Excellent service and would absolutely use them again!

Roberto L., Jose and Slav were excellent in every way and did an efficient and careful job. They shrink-wrapped everything and made sure that my soft-wood floors were not scratched, including by putting protective pads that I gave them on all the contact points. The furniture has swivel glides and they also went out of their way to make sure that all the bookcases, etc. were level. They even arranged the bookcases in a more aesthetic way than what I had thought to do. On top of their great work they were extremely polite, hardworking, and just very sweet people. Moving is usually so stressful but it was not stressful with them.  Also, Rebecca in the front office was on top of everything and made sure everything went smoothly.  <br />

The showed up exactly on time and immediately began the process.  They worked so quickly it was amazing.  They took great care in the handling of our possessions.  There were also multiple heavy and complex items to handle.  The home we moved out of was 3 tight stories with twisting staircases.  The crew was simply wonderful, thoughtful and very professional. <br /> Would definitely recommend them to anyone. <br /> <br /> <br />

2 movers arrived on time and loaded and unloaded very quickly. They were friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied. <br />

They were prompt, worked really hard, were careful with our things, and were very helpful with things like putting pads on the bottom of our furniture to protect our newly refinished hardwood floors.  Our crew was great: Jorge L., Enrique, Ray, and Manuel M.  It was a long way from the apartment to where they could park their truck and at one point I saw one of them actually running with boxes! <br />

We were really pleased with Shamrock.  They were easy to work with, showed up exactly on time, did an excellent job protecting our furniture, and moved everything without any damage whatsoever. They put the furniture exactly where we wanted it and the cost seemed very reasonable.  The best part was that they went above and beyond to come back to reassemble a piece of furniture once I found the hardware that I had accidentally hidden. <br />
