Josh made an emergency call last week when our opener had been pulled out of the ceiling by the door. He said he could make the repair, but pointed out as he had in the past that the door was way too heavy, too much work for the opener, and the reason it pulled the opener out from the ceiling. He warned us that it would be a recurring problem. He explained the benefits of a new door in case we chose to go that route. He said he would apply our emergency repair charge to the replacement job if we wanted the new door instead. We decided that it made good sense to go ahead. He did the work today, as promised, did a great job, cleaned up everything, and was a pleasure to deal with, would call him again! I was surprised to notice the notes on his site here placed there by Angie's List, and found out that Josh's business had burned to the ground around the time Angie's made those notes. He spoke with a rep of Angie's and explained that they could not pay the fees Angie was requiring, and the result was the notes you will see when you see this page. I hope Angie's will see fit to put Shamrock back on their Search list, since this is a good company who performs quality work! <br />

Very well. He called me back within seconds and was at my home promptly after a call he had in Rhode Island. He was very polite and straight forward. He is going to give me estimates on a new garage door.

No concerns nor issues.  Due to 'special' pricing, I would recommend them for similar work. <br />

Everything went very well. I would recommend them very highly. They came out probably late September. There were more additional services I had requested so there was an extra cost but other than that, they performed what they advertised and would do for the $49 or whatever the cost was. They just added some rubber bumpers to make the doors quieter for the up and down motion. They were timely and very prompt. They were there when they said they would be and they were upfront. They would make some recommendations and I took their advice on the door and a couple of things. There were no surprises. The price was good value and they did what they said they would do. I would use them again.

It went very well. They were very good. I was very pleased.

Bought the $89 deal to tune up garage door because it was sticking.  Repairman came and started work.  Came in and showed me that a cable had snapped while he was trying to replace the rollers and it needed replacement.  He claimed the door was inferior and ought to be replaced.  I had him come back and replace the door.  The door would not close all the way - it would get stuck and start opening up again.  After troubleshooting it myself I found that a metal handle was crossing the safety beam and making the door believe there was an obstruction.  I removed the handle and that problem went away.  However, a few months later my opener stopped functioning.  After reading some of the other reviews, I am suspicious that the door was hung improperly which caused the motor to burn out. <br />

They did all in one day. Remove the old one, install the new one and it works very well. <br />

Seemed silly to pay for two garage doors when the tune up is really a visual inspection. The service provider did a good job, but I felt like they were mostly looking for ways for me to spend more money on my garage doors. <br />
