Eoin and his team at Shannon Painting have completed multiple projects at our house - they are always our go-to for paint services. They painted our three level condo in the Summer/Fall of 2018, including scraping and replacing any rotted shingles, and it still looks beautiful! Other houses on our street were painted around the same time (or even after) and they haven't held up as well as ours! We also used Shannon Painting the Summer of 2021 to stain our front and back decks (6 in total) which came out perfect and were completed in just a couple short days. The most recent project Eoin and his team completed for us was painting the back stairwell in our condo's hallway. They painted over some tough colors and made the whole area look great from the walls, to the ceiling, to the stairs and bannister. Hiring Eoin for any work is always a breeze. He can be accessed easily via text or email and is very responsive. I will continue using Shannon Painting for future projects and highly recommend them for anyone looking for paint services.

Eoin Shannon has done multiple jobs for me. His work is exemplary, his crew reliable, courteous and great at their trade. They have painted my one family two-story home interior and exterior. For the exterior, it was done with extreme efficiency. Scraping to the wood-done by hand where peeling. Priming on entire house. Repairing where needed i.e. shingles replaced, window frames/sills repaired. Fastidious cleanup I.e. yard, tarps, ladders. Team was on the job daily 7am to 4pm until job was completed. Eoin was present each day supervising and performing hands-on work. Multiple compliments on workmanship from neighbors. For the Interior, great work from outside continued inside. Wooden door frames, windowsills, cracks in the ceiling all repaired. Followed by pristine painting. Kitchen cabinets stripped to original veneer, refinished and painted like new. Not one complaint throughout my experience. I have recommended Shannon Painting repeatedly and will continue to do so. He’s done multiple projects for me for which I am the proverbial satisfied customer.

Eóin was a lifesaver. I had a different company start my house prepping that wasn’t lead certified and that jerk got shut down - that other company only told me this that he was shut down after I was shaken down for a third of the payment. Nothing remotely like this came up with Eóin as is a nice professional guy. He picked up the job from there and finished prepping correctly as he is lead certified. Reasonable pricing. Hard working guys got the job done quick. Good communicator on timeframe and color selections.

Eoin and his Shannon Painting crew did an excellent job carefully prepping and painting our cedar-shingled 1892 Victorian home. They were thorough and precise in their work. Eoin was excellent at communicating with me as the project progressed. The job was done in a timely manner during spring/summer of 2021, according to our contract. They were careful with our yard and were pleasant to have working around us. Eoin was willing to incorporate changes to the detail work for a very fair price when I asked him to. We will definitely call Shannon painting for our next project!

Matthew Curd and his crew (Israel, Mario) did a terrific job on our house. They were professional and very pleasant to have around. Matthew has a great eye for color and was very patient as we selected colors. They did really detailed prep work to get the old paint off and primed with 2+ coats of Benjamin Moore paint. He paints a few color samples after priming which was helpful for my wife and I to see the colors against the side of the house. The prior owners had paid for a shoddy paint job prior to selling and the old poor quality paint was causing some bubbling. Matthew and his crew recognized this immediately and without any prompting went back over their just-painted work and re-scraped, primed, and painted the problem areas which added a few extra days. We also had some light carpentry work (replaced rotting trim, window sills) done by his handyman Washington who was very efficient. The entire crew was pleasant to be around and my 3-year old daughter loved saying hi to the painters every morning. Would definitely recommend. They left the work area spotless everyday after they left and cleaned all the windows at the end of the job. They really did treat our home with the care they would their own. Matthew the owner was onsite every day working with his crew--hard to find this level of professionalism these days. Would definitely go with them again for future exterior or interior work.

Matthew and crew from Shannon Painting did a flawless job on our house. Their prep work was really extensive and sets them apart from every other painter we’ve had in the past. They were a pleasure to deal with, tried their best to be careful of my garden and even cleaned all my windows at the end of the job! Who does that! Highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

I am gladly adding to the chorus of high praise for Eoin and his crew. We worked out a schedule that included some work done just before winter and the rest in the spring. They were professional and fun. Great communication. And the results look great.

It all went wonderful. The original estimate was reasonable and accurate. There was no interruption of service and the work was complete in a weeks time. The team was completely reliable and professional.

From estimate to completion,Eoin and his crew were beyond exceptional. The prepainting was the best I have ever witnessed.No detail was overlooked. The quality of the finished work ,including some carpentry was flawless. Beyond this the men were so professional,accomodating and kind. You may find a company a bit less expensive,but I guarantee that you will not get a better paint job in MA.

Can't say enough good things about Eoin and his team! We contacted him for a quote for painting the outside of our house including a two car garage. There was also extensive carpentry that included replacing many cedar shingles and trim pieces. It was getting very late in the year so we were worried that we'd have to wait until spring but they were able to get everything done just in time. These guys couldn't be better. Everything they said they would do they did and they're extremely thorough. They scraped and sanded everything, applied primer by hand, caulked all the cracks and gaps and then painted everything. We were very picky about colors and a number of other details and Eoin bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect. I felt bad asking for so much but he just kept telling us he wanted it to be done right. Very refreshing in a world full of contractors that are just trying to get the job done and get paid. No doubt I'll be using Shannon Painting again for future jobs and I recommend them without reservation.

Matthew Curd & his crew did a wonderful job. He is extremely knowledgeable & professional and a joy to work with. Matthew came when he said he would, kept an immaculate job site and stored his equipment under a tarp each night. Shannon wasn't the cheapest bid, in fact it was the highest, but worth every extra penny we spent! It is most satisfying to have friends, neighbors and yes, even strangers compliment our new paint job. I would hire these people again in a second!

Very happy with the exterior house paint job by Eoin Shannon.  Beautiful skills and pleasant team.  Excellent preparation and every exterior detail was looked at and painted accordingly by surface material and color.

Shannon Painting is a fantastic painting company! We will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Eoin pronounced "Owen") responded very quickly to our phone call seeking an estimate to paint the exterior of our 2 story home. When he came shortly thereafter to assess the situation we were immediately taken with his friendly, professional approach. He was very detailed in his questions and forthcoming with his recommendations. His estimate was similar to others we received but we chose him because of our good feeling about him and his emphasis on exquisite preparation of our home before painting. They were on the job even a little sooner than they estimated! That Eoin is on site and also painting alongside two other painters was a big plus. When questions surfaced along the way he was right there to respond. The 3 men are so professional and seem to genuinely enjoy their work and each other. It was a pleasure being around them. Their clean-up each day was impeccable. One of the painters is also a carpenter so the few areas where rotted wood needed to be replaced happened seamlessly during the job. As others have mentioned, our home looks brand new and windows washed to boot!

The painting crew was fast and professional regarding their work. The clean-up after the work was completed was satisfactory. <br />

Eoin "Owen" and his crew, Michael (carpenter) and Leo, started around Sept 10 and proceeded to do extensive sanding, scraping, and caulking of home exterior, which took a few days to complete to prepare all surfaces for primer and paint....that attention to detail in prepping all surfaces was something that impressed me, as well as the fact that they didn't rely on power washing or blasting the wood with water.  Then Michael repaired extensive wood rot at windows and corner boards (payment worked out separately with Michael).    Once prepped and repaired, an oil based primer was applied, then two coats of stain or paint on siding, front clapboards, trim, shutters, and doors.  The entire process was completed on Sept 18 and I'm very pleased with the result. Not only is the paint job meticulous, but they also did an excellent job of cleanup, leaving all areas clean, including washing all the windows and even freshening up the deck with a quick coat of stain, which made for a gorgeous finished look.   Owen and crew were hardworking, left no detail missed with the overall result being a superior paint job.   I highly recommend them! <br />

The crew of three including Matthew, Israel and "Beggar" arrived punctually as promised, usually at 7 AM, and worked very long days carefully prepping, repairing and then painting.  They consulted with us frequently when there were questions.  They were also very personable which goes a long way when you have them all around your house for the approximately two weeks it took to finish the job. <br /> When unexpected problems arose (we discovered a leaking wall with mold) and shutters where paint flaked off on washing, they immediately went into action to avoid any job delays and get the work done on time and to their high standards. <br /> They put all our previous painters to shame.  They have our highest recommendation. <br /> <br /> <br />

Eoin (Owen) was very responsive to my request for painting services. He came over to provide an estimate and gave a realistic time frame for the work to be completed. He ended up completing the work in two days and brought a full crew in to get it finished on time and done well. All furniture was covered during process and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them as they did a great job. The patches of all of the holes in the ceilings and walls is flawless, one would never know there had been a significant amount of work done. <br />

Eoin (Owen) Shannon is great!  Started May 14, finished May 26.  Did exceptional preparation, scraping sanding, etc.  and carpenter Michael fixed all the little places where the wood trim was rotten.  Extra cost for Michael's work but well worth it.  I have a lot of windows and many needed some re-glazing, so that was done and all oil-primed and two top coats of latex - they look great.  They cleaned up every night, they didn't damage my plants.  They never cut corners on the paint job.  Price was fair.  They were quiet, friendly, courteous.  I couldn't be happier.  Hire Eoin if you can get him! <br />

Matthew is awesome!  He's is very professional, friendly and respectful.  He and his crew were very detail oriented and did a fantastic job... our house looks so much better as a result of their great work.  It was a real pleasure to have them in our home doing this work and we will definitely use Matthew again.  We have some exterior painting that needs to be done within the next year and he will be doing it for us.  I have already recommended him to family members in the area!  I highly recommend him. <br />
