Alex has been cleaning my windows for a few years. The first time, he had made an estimate based on pictures I sent to him. As it turned out it was a much bigger job than it had appeared to be. He graciously insisted that I pay only what he had quoted me. The amount and quality of his work was such that I could not hold him to his original quote! Alexander and Shark Window Cleaning are absolutely incredible! Customer service was excellent and the quality of work product is amazing. I appreciated the detail and care put into our residential cleaning. We had the windows cleaned a few weeks ago and they are still upholding a gleaming shine with spotless window tracks and surroundings.
