We experienced an emergency issue on 04/10/20. Mr. Gene contacted us within an hour after going onto the website looking for assistance. He came right out, made an assessment and had our issue taken care of within 2 hours. We tried contacting two of the top plumbing services in the industry, and both of them could not come out before Monday. I appreciate the fact that Mr. Gene came out the same day, did not price gouge us for it being an emergency call, and still charged a very reasonable price for the service. I would recommend him to anyone for their plumbing needs, and as a matter of fact, we will be calling him back in the next week to perform more extensive plumbing issues that we need done.
