Matt was very professional. on time, reasonable and did a really good job. Who could ask for more? He even did extra things without charging just to help me out. If I ever have anymore problems with my pool, they will be the ones I turn to. Great job!

I was charged TWO service charges. I completely believe that the 2nd service charge was made up. I have evidence of this.

"Customer is correct RE:two charges. The first visit was to diagnose the heater. We diagnosed a faulty ignition module. The customer chose to purchase and install the part himself. The customer called back to inform us that the heater was still not functioning. The second svc call was to fix the homeowners improper installation of the ignition control. A credit card was given to us on both occasion"

Matthew Sharp and Sharp's Pool Pro's is one of the best service providers I have ever met. The best thing I have done in a long time was finding him through Service Magic. He called the same day I submitted a request and was out the next day ready to take care of business. My pool thanks to him is working and looking wonderful. I would highly recommend his team for any pool or other service they provide. My family could not be more happy!!

Sharp's Pool Pros provided extraordinary customer service. My service challenge was the repair of a 20 year old above ground Jacuzzi spa. Mat Sharp responded personally to my unique service request when all others declined to even try! Mat not only found the parts needed, he installed them in such a way as to avert future challenges with the outdated wiring system for the heater element. I commend Mat sharps personal diligence, integrity and honesty during this entire transaction. I am highly recommending Sharp's Pool Pros to my friends, neighbors, professional rental property management company and my Realtor.
