We signed contract with Jason & Danny (Partner) to Mudd Bathroom walls, Sand, Paint, Baseboard & getting popcorn off & painting ceiling. We agreed on price & we paid 1/2 down with us buying 2 gallons of wall paint, 1 gallon ceiling paint & 1 gallon trimpaint. We made it very clear that we had make-up counter, sink counter top & shower were just replaced with hard surface and not to get mud on them and they can only be cleaned with soap & water (we must of repeated this atleast a dozen times before & during job!) Jasons partner showed up 1st day and started mudding, I went in bathroom to find a pile of mud & my counters not taped off or protected i.e. see pictures. When I repeated myself again about counters he put some painters tape on them. What a slob! We were not happy with what was taking place, we approached Danny & he said we were getting job done for "FREE" so I shouldn't complain? 1800.00 is not free. We had already paid 1/2 down & paid for 4 gallons of paint. When Danny saw wall paint we were told to buy he said we got semi-gloss and it should've been flat! So off we go to get more paint out of our pocket, when asked if they were going to refund for wrong paint Jason specifically wrote down, we were told no! Well we thought best to get Jason involved at this point. Jason came over & saw the mess and he agreed with us that it was a sloppy job and he should of cleaned everyday (Danny) was here (4 days) he never cleaned up until we told him Jason was coming, we didn't mislead him & told him we called his partner. Jason arrived at 9:30 AM and took a look at his work and was not happy with it, we then agreed on a lower price because now I must repair my counter tops. Jason said he had to run an errand and he'd be back. Jason then texted and said he would not be returning. So Jason is a liar and texting us that the contract was non-negotiable...he isn't even giving us the $ we spent for the paint he told us to get & then said he couldn't use! They were very messy & so unprofessional.

Jason spent a couple hours at home and we discussed an in-depth plan for a complete gut renovation of my bathroom, which is part of a connected townhouse/HOA. He assured me several times that both he and his "partner" were licensed, as stated in his Angi profile. As this job required extensive plumbing work and my walls were attached to another home, it was imperative to both myself and my HOA that whatever contractor I work with be licensed and insured. I paid Jason a small deposit, and he agreed to provide a copy of his license on the first day of the project, which I assumed was pretty standard. Jason also spent a great deal of the estimate appointment talking nonstop about himself and I often had to refocus him in order to complete the appointment. Jason was set to arrive on Monday at 9:00 am. He actually called me to confirm over the weekend, and I also texted him back to remind him I needed a copy of the license. On Monday, Jason arrived over 4 hours late, at 1:14 pm. His "partner" was a day laborer. Jason immediately just started talking and I had to refocus him and tell him that he could not begin doing any work until I had a copy of his license. He got very flustered and had to go out to his car to get a file folder of papers, and that kicked off the next 5 hours of chaos. Jason came back from his car and handed me some folded papers and said "here is my license" and quickly walked away. The folded papers were some random tax form. When I told him that was not his license, he said that he must have left it in his car, and he could probably just go give it to the security guards working at gatehouse of my community. I asked why on earth he would give it to them when I am the one requesting it? Then he began rambling and asked several times if he could speak to my HOA, and he could give it directly to them. At this point, and hour or so has passed, and Jason began to produce random documents and tell me these were his contractors license. Among the documents he presented to me as his contractors license were his LLC certification, his tax filing receipt for 2021, his 2022 quarterly tax bill, his tangible personal property bill, his insurance certificate, a builders permit...at this point, he had been in my house for 4 hours and it was obvious there was no license. He even made a call to someone and had them on speaker and and the person told him "you don't have a license" and he knew I heard, and he still continued this game. Then he got mad at me and said "I keep giving you my license, I don't know why none of the licenses I have given you are good enough for you!". Come 5:00, I asked him to just leave my house. Pack up his equipment, his day laborer, and leave. Oh, and I wanted a refund of my deposit. He wasn't going to refund me the deposit because he said it was non-refundable. I told him that it was fraud; I booked him because he advertised on Angi and on his estimate that he was licensed. He kept insisting "I am licensed; I gave you my license". I turned on my video camera and said ok, please show me your license. Because here is the pile of all the papers you have given me over the last 4 hours; it is a pile of tax receipts, LLC filings, etc....what in here is a contractors license? Jason did agree to give me a refund, but he did not want me to post a review. I am doing this as a caution to other homeowners. If you think you are hiring a licensed contractor, demand to see the license. Jason is not licensed. He might be good for smaller, handyman type projects; but for renovations that require extensive redesign of plumbing fixtures, you need to insist on someone experienced and licensed to do that work. Not only is Jason not licensed; he lied. He was dishonest. He wasted a lot of time, energy, and resources.

Jason did a wonderful job of updating our guest and master bathrooms. He always on time and kept us informed of the progress. Good quality work. Very pleased with the results. Will definitely use again.

Very good all the way around, from start to finish! Excellent craftsmanship and outstanding work ethic. On time and a very fair price. Honest and trustworthy. Does what he says he is going to do and when he is doin going to do it. A Great guy to to hire for a job that the wife is in charge of how they want the the project to look! Great communicator in this regard, so there is no backtracking or do-overs. Efficient and meticulous. He just finished the THIRD big job at two different houses. Need i say more?!

The renovations of our three bathrooms went great and the transformations were amazing! I HIGHLY recommend Jason ! He is timely, fair priced, easy to work with, meticulous and does great work. I liked the idea of the power shop that he goes on with you before a project. He will patiently walk around and help you pick out the everything for the project! Nowadays , it's hard to trust someone in your house. I have to say he earned our trust even enough that we left him with a key to our house while we went on a vacation and came home to our beautiful bathrooms! We are very pleased!

Jason was professional and meticulous in details. He was helpful in making decisions about every aspect of my master bathroom remodel. His workmanship is excellent. I have already contracted with him to come back and remodel my guest bathroom.

It was a pleasure working with Jason, he was meticulous and very neat. The shower looks amazing with the tiling he did. He also painted the bathroom, installed a new light fixture, vanity, mirror, and commode. I would highly recommend Jason for any household project you want to upgrade.

Jason is fantastic. He was always very conscious of making sure everything was looking the way we wanted, and working out for us. We had an issue after the project was finished, and we called Jason and he came back and fixed the issues without any problem. He is extremely trustworthy and a great contractor to work with.

Jason and his crew were excellent, on time every day, took great care with his work. Austin & Shawn were awesome and provided great work. I'd definitely hire them again
