Everything was handled professionally. The movers kept me informed throughout the process and made sure every item was secured properly before leaving. They worked at a steady pace and treated my belongings with respect. When the truck arrived at my new place, everything was unloaded carefully and placed where I needed it. The entire move went better than I expected, and I was happy with the service provided.

The set up was great. Everyone i spoke to were very helpful. The actual move, however, was dreadful. The men who came barely spoke English. I had been told they would finish packing what I couldn't but they acted annoyed to pack anything, and I had to ask several times before they did. They refused to pack and move 2 computer monitors. I packed a lot in heavy duty contractor bags but asked them to handle with care They threw them around like trash. They were supposed to do break down and set back up at my daughter's house but did not. Much of her stuff arrived broken. While I take some blame for packing in bags, several times I saw them throw the bags, and they ignored me when I asked them to be more careful. I had planned to give them a very large tip but only gave them a third of what I'd planned.

1st, the truck was a Budget truck that was too small and had to make two trips. Which ended up being 10 hours total. There is a major language barrier as two of the three guys didn't speak English. The main guy was so rude and condescending. I paid over $1400 to be told "this is extra" to move a couch to my front yard for trash & removal of a mattress. Had they provided a big enough truck to accommodate my move, it wouldn't have taken as long as it did. I will not recommend this company nor use them ever again.

Actually I would recommended by this company from a friend of mine and I found them on Angie's list and I seem to review so I gave it a shot so happy I did everything worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. I was 100% satisfied the main reason why I use them is because they sent an actual approach to my home to sit down with me and explain all the prices and gave me a total cost which other companies don't even offer to come out to your homes anymore

My move with Sharp Van Lines truly exceeded my expectations! I recently moved from NYC to a three-bedroom house in Boston, and everything went really smoothly. From the packing and loading in NYC, to the transport and unloading in Boston, there were no issues. I even appreciated how they gave me a really accurate and fair estimate. I knew exactly what to expect price-wise and there were no surprises or hidden fees at the end. The movers were extremely careful and attentive to detail. They guys were also efficient and didn’t waste any extra time. I was worried that the stairs in the new house would be too narrow for some of the bigger furniture pieces, but the guys made it happen somehow and made sure not to damage anything. Overall, this has been the best move I’ve had so far. I highly recommend Sharp Van Lines!

All our furniture and other home goods were fast and professionally packaged, protected from damage, loaded in the truck and then delivered to our new address.
