This was the worst experience ever. I hired this company a month ago with Inventory, including a piano and a hutch. The owner George the day prior screamed at me that I needed 4 men and I agreed. Then, in the morning he calls me and tells me his truck broke down. He was quite rude. Then I get a notice that some movers are coming out.They showed up with a small budget Rent-A-truck and three not very big men. Before I would sign this additional( I had signed a DocuSign before) I specifically asked about the piano, and the man said that if they cannot move it, they will have 2 other men come out and help. an hour later, they said they could not move the piano or the hutch. I called and spoke to Alex who told me well you can just go hire piano Mover for $2000. I was devastated. I cried . At this point, they had already loaded up the majority-Alex threatened to have them put everything back. They took so much time deliberately. They just dumped everything into my new home .
