I claimed a deal on the Angi website for a fixed rate for up to two hours of labor. After canceling on the original repair date, the plumber showed up and started repairing my leaky pipes. Halfway through the repairs, he mentioned additional labor costs. I pointed out that I had claimed the fixed-rate deal. He refused to honor it, and left without completing the repairs (though he didn't charge me for the partial repairs).

Shawn was prompt, quick and very informative as to the work needed to be done. Very straight forward guy who explained things well. Would hire again for sure.

Work performed on a leaking toilet. Arrived when he said he would, provided advice in the event of a similar issue with any other toilets, and let me know the condition of the toilet since it is old and probably installed when the house was built (1977). Very reasonably priced. I plan to use them for any future plumbing requirements/issues.

There were issues like a portion of pipe under the sink that needed fixed as well as re-doing some of the valving that was leaking water. The guys also didn't have part with them and had to go out and purchase what they needed to do the job correctly. They also had some issue with reverse osmosis system due to the complicated set up. However they figured it out and the job was done in about 4 hours. They were very professional and cleaned up. Even helped put things back under the kitchen sink that had to be removed so that they could install the RO system and do the other plumbing work.

I hired Shawn to replace my water heater. He was fantastic- Sean and Kyle showed up exactly on time, provided excellent service at a competitive price, and provided a better warranty than anybody else around. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Shawn has came out twice to my house through my Home Warranty company. He has always been professional, on time, and always very communicative. The first time was to repair an external water line and got me up and running with water as quickly as possible. Then, my water heater was leaking and he came out on 4/18/20 and gave me a full breakdown on how the installation will work, about warranties, and set me up a time to come on Monday 4/20/20. He messaged me later on Saturday and said he wanted me to have hot water quickly so asked if he could come on Sunday. I told him that would be great. He called me to let me know when he was an hour away. Him and his co-worker came in and had me installed in a very quick turnaround. They cleaned up and explained and made sure I was satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

From the time of l claimed deal off off Angie's list it took less than a week. Shawn called the very next day after claiming deal and set up time to do job. Shawn showed up at time that was promised. He did a great job and cleaned everything up. I will be calling Shawn in the future for any plumbing needs. And I will recommend him to friends and family.

Shawn's Plumbing was very professional, easy to talk to and extremely reliable. He came to our aid we we had no water running because we had multiple leaking copper pipes and were based off of a well. Not only that he traveled a great distance to help us right before Christmas! He is very knowledgeable about the work he preforms and is compassionate about what he does. I am sorry this review took me so long to put up but I have not stopped thinking about how grateful and thankful I am for his services. Specially on a 1976 home! Thank you so much!

Shawn installed a new faucet for our bathroom sink. Shawn was friendly, prompt and professional. Which was great. But, what really impressed me was his honestly. (Don't get me wrong, he did an excellent job. He knows his craft). Shawn, explained how a simple task we could perform ourselves, in the future, that would not necessitate having to replace the faucet. That bit of money saving advice was greatly appreciated!!!

Shawn arrive early and was very professional . My faucet was old and had some rust on pipes . It should have been an hour job , but due to my faucet it took almost 2 hours . Shawn did an excellent job and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction . I would highly recommend his services .

Shawn did very well. He fixed a moen shower faucet without having to replace it. He was reasonably priced which made the repair an even better value Most plumbers charge a lot more. We appreciate his work and would use him again.
