The technician Jason was very professional and did a great job removing our old faucet and installing the new one. I contacted four other plumbing contractors and Shelby Mechanical was the only one that quoted me a set price. The other contractors provided varying price ranges, and I was skeptical in accepting an open pricing.

The representatives of Shelby Mechanical are all top notch, starting with the office staff Cheyanne who was always attentive to prompt scheduling of the plumbing work needed at my home. The plumbers were very efficient and did an excellent job both times, and their actual bill was below the quote they provided for the job. Gabe Judge had to go through the foya ceiling to replace an upstairs bathroom drain line which he did under budget. Justin Wilson replaced my galvanized pipes with copper pipes for the water supply lines and my water pressure is like brand new. These folks consistently exceeded expectations and are superstars in my book.

I had this company come out on a recommendation. My sewer line was backed up. They came out and used their Hydrojet and put in a clean out. They said I was good to go. Yay! Unfortunately, I had a backup 5 months later in my newly remodeled bathroom. They came out (as it was under warranty) and cleaned it out again. They then told me I would need even more work done, starting with digging a trench in my backyard for $3k. Nothing was said about any of this when the original work was done. Do not used his company unless you have money to burn. Over a year after they did work for me, I have the same issues. So very, very dissapointed.

We had installed a water back up with alarm on our sump pump along with a new discharge through exterior wall into overflow. Excellent work done by Connor. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered our questions in detail & we highly recommend Shelby Mechanical for any plumbing jobs. Our phone calls were handled by Erin who set our appointments and answered our questions with quite impressive plumbing knowledge. We will definitely use them again.
