When we requested a quote David showed up that day and we had the quote by that evening, The crew showed up on time and immediately began working. It started raining and they kept working and got everything removed and replaced. They cleaned up and hauled everything away. Other than seeing the new unit, you couldn't tell anyone had been there. It was not an easy job but they worked as professionals and got it done. If you need any A/C work done, these guys are the ones you should call.

All is awesome they responded and they ***** and determine that they wont be able to fix it and they replace the system they accomplished in 4 days. They were very professional they were here a couple of time, on time and up front on what they were doing and how long it will and how much it will cost .

Shellaby came in to our home and lined the flooring where the work was done . The installers both wore shoe covers and that really surprised me. The work was complete in 5 hours and there was no sign of any mess when they left. The area was spotless just as it was when they started. We were very impressed with the work and professionalism. <br />

Shellaby AC and Refrigeration responded to an air conditioning problem that I had.  They were sent by my home warranty company.  The first visit resulted in the outside unit compressor needing to be replaced.  Shellaby would request a new compressor from the warranty company.  I waited for about 3 or 4 weeks for the new unit to arrive.   <br /> <br /> After installation that was normal, the installer said that the inside condenser may not hold since the new compressor was much higher pressure.  After he left, the condenser failed within the hour and temperature began to climb in the house.  I contacted Shellaby and they ordered the condenser. 10 days went by and temperatures in the house reached 96 degrees every day.  The insurance company said the the installers had the new unit.  The installers said they didn't.  I don't know who was telling the truth. <br /> <br /> Eventually the new condenser arrived and was installed.  But, it did not fit my existing furnace and the exhaust pipe (gas fired) had to be removed.  They said they would be back to fix the problem shortly.  October and November came and went until my complaints to the installer finally got the supervisor onsite.   <br /> <br /> He said the problem was his installers and that he would be back the next day to fix the problem.  Another week went by, before he returned.  By this time the temperatures had dropped into the 40's and I needed the heater to work.  When he did come back and repair the condenser, the heater would not come back on.  He told me it needed a new electronics board and that he would return the next morning.  He did not.  Nor did he return the following day. Or the following day. Or after calling the 4th day that he was only an hour away, -  he still never showed.  Finally, I got the heater to work myself on the fifth day and canceled the return appointment that Shellaby never showed for.
