I?m an insurance customer not a normal customer so even though my insurance company has already paid I have to pay my deductible. I said no. They said they would leave it or I could pay deductible for a new one. This is after I got screwed over from my last insurance job two years ago by Abe Izzo. No one came to finish the job from this company and believed Abe that we wouldn?t pay so they never reached out to me or the insurance to verify. I paid BTW. So I worked with (we shall not mention names here) and gave them every email and picture to try and help them get what ever they could since they possibly lost out too. My heart went out to try and help and give a second chance and recover the working relationship they should have been there two years ago. Yet I was pushed aside. I?m just insurance not important. I get mistreated in my own home called a ?neglected homeowner.? I gave this company a second chance and regret it.

I worked with Sal Izzo on my roof project after having wind damage during the March storms. Sal was right out to inspect the damage and worked with me on getting my roof tarped and waterproof before additional damage could be done. The crew who came and replaced the roof were fast and experienced in their craft and completed the work in 1 day. When completed you could not tell they were even there other than the new roof that was installed. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Sal and Shell Restoration and plan on having them return to replace windows in my home.

Everything went well, very impressed by how effective and professional the crew was . They were on our roof by 8am and pulling out our driveway at 2:30 . Couldn’t even tell they were here except that we had a brand new roof. Definitely would recommend them

They replaced a front porch, metal roof on house, barn and garage with storage shed excellent job. Replaced garage door and gutters on all buildings. Work was mostly satisfactory. Left a mess for us to clean up. Was supposed to have a dumpster.

I had two previous estimates for a new roof on my house. Abe from Shell Restoration gave me an estimate that was 2000.00 cheaper than others and also included my garage. i had two skylights installed that were leaking and Abe made sure they were fixed. They installed the roof two months after my wife passed away and they were very mindful of what I was going through. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. Chris Foeks

We recently replaced our roof. I cannot recommend Shell Restoration enough. Project manager Abe Izzo was the most knowledgeable professional that we screened for this job (and there were many), accurate in his estimations, and the recommendations/colors that he suggested were spot on, too. Even if you're not fully certain on what you are wanting, Abe will help you figure it out. We never realized how much a new roof could beautify our home or we would not have waited so long. Project Manager Abe Izzo contacted me after an Angie's List search for commercial roofing contractors near Beaver Falls. Abe was awesome! We met at First Reformed Presbyterian Church of Beaver Falls and he immediately went to work! After several weeks of discussion and 2 other bids for the project, Shell Restoration was awarded the job. The project began the very next week and, despite poor weather, his crew completed the job in less than two weeks. Our church roof was a complicated install due to the steeple, and the many peaks and valleys connecting the old building to the new building. The newly shingled roof looks amazing, and fit our limited budget perfectly! I strongly recommend Abe Izzo and She'll Restoration of New Castle for all your roofing needs!

They did a very good job. They are very neat and they knew what they were doing. I told them what I wanted and he came right out to do that.

The crew asked permission to drop off the materials and equipment early, and asked if I had any problems with that. No porblem at all. They arrived early and went straight to work. They showed me the mistakes from the original installation of the siding and kept me informed of the process and length of job.
