They brought in a very competent team to handle a heavy, 80-foot tree resting on my garage roof. They got it down and cut into pieces without damage or injury, and they did it quickly.

Robbie took my order and he and one of his sons delivered it the same day as he promised. Then, upon asking him for a large stump to use as a chopping block for splitting wood myself, he brought it to me later that day, along with some bark kindling wood, and did not charge me anything extra. His business appears to be a hardworking, honest family business with extra crew to help lots of folks in our area. i will use him again in the future.

They trimmed limbs well but they left without cleaning up their mess. They said they would come back and finish. I made a mistake and paid them, gave them a tip and had to call them three times to get them back out to finish cleaning up. Neighbor across the street had same problem with them.

I had a tree that was about to hit my house as it was being supported by another one after a storm. Mr. Shelton came out with no notice and was there the next morning, making sure the tree did not fall. They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards, and Mr. Shelton is very accessible and easy to deal with. I will definitely call them again.

They were prompt in returning my call. Of the three estimates that I got from different providers on Angie's list, Shelton Tree Service matched the price of another vendor, both being lower than the third. They came out within the week & finished the job. We are very pleased with the work and will hire them again when we need tree/landscaping services.

We had two willow oaks thinned and pruned in our yard. I am always impressed with the crew's attention to detail and desire to not only meet, but exceed expectations. Robbie called several times throughout the project to make sure that the trees were shaping up the way that I had hoped. I have no reason to use anyone other than Shelton Tree Service.

It went great. The owner (Robbie) is a good person and he and his son gave me a fair estimate and came out 4 days later to perform the work. There were 5 employees and a wood chipper. They cleaned up my yard and the street like no one had been there. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again. He honored a 10% coupon from this site

The guys did an awesome job, were very knowledgable about trees, and what needed to be done. Cleanup was incredible and all the guys were very nice. We will definitely hire them again! One note though - make sure that you understand the time-frame of the job before they begin as this company is small - not too small for jobs needed, but I didn't ask in the beginning. Again, we will definitely hire them again!

Work delivered exactly as promised. The crew even removed a load of leaves as a courtesy during cleanup unrelated to their work.

They did excellent work. They were on time. We called them on a short notice on Saturday morning to get a quote and they came within two hours and they sent someone over to give us a quote.

Shelton Tree Service was excellent. I called on a Saturday morning after a storm and they were over within 90 minutes. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would.

Extremely responsive - called for an estimate on a Thursday, came out on Friday, and had a climber come back out on Saturday to verify estimate. Scheduled with them Saturday afternoon to begin work the following Monday. Bad rains in the area caused the work to slow as a lot of effort was made to keep our yard in decent condition. Our backyard is very closed off to our driveway - totally inaccesible for any vehicle and fenced in by neighbors' fences. The tree appeared to be 40-50 feet tall and was branched out into four main trunks at the base with a large trunk branching out over our neighbor's yard. They took care to notify our neighbors before we even thought to that some work would be done from their yard, and were quite conscientious about cleaning up debris in our neighbor's yard and ours. Some damage to our lattice fence (extremely old and in very poor condition) occurred, and they brought out a new section of lattice fence and installed it the day after in the rain! <br /> Shelton's came recommended by another neighbor and we have no reason to call on anyone else - we'll be using them for a long, long time. <br />

Robbie Shelton was recommended by a friend.  He is an easy going guy and pleasant man. He started work shortly after we contacted him. It took several days for him to complete the work and we always knew what time he was coming back the next day and they always showed up on time. His advertising states that he "will  beat or match and reasonable price" and in our case he did. Robbie is very experienced and knew what he was doing and was careful not to damage any of our property. He took down 2 pine trees that were 80 feet tall. It was quite something to see and we were glad that he had so much experience. If you want a professional at a reasonable price, I would recommend this tree service. <br />
