They did a really nice job.  I used Shepard's Painting.  They work well for me.  They were here April 2015.  It cost $4000. 

It was okay. They were pretty quick. They had several guys doing the job so it didn't take very long.

There were no troubles with scheduling and they arrived on time. The job was not bad, but not outstanding. I did have to go behind them with a scrubber and a clear water rinse to get the walls perfect. They completed the job and did what they said they would do. They didn’t make a mess and cleaned up after themselves.

They were initially pretty punctual. They weren't as neat as they could have been, we have paint on the carpets. The owner was here initially and then he left to get to another site. They did come back to do another room and they were here all day and they did a much better job as far as the cleanup and painting in general. They put tarps down on the floor after I requested it, but they're supposed to come back and they were just really busy and couldn't get here for quite a while. They actually worked with me on the price.

We used this deal as a basis for using the entire outside of our home. They moved through the job a little quickly through some of the power washing, so that did impact the job a bit. Overall we were satisfied.

The experience was very good. They were very professional, no spills, no drips, they covered everything well, and they were pleasant to deal with.

Overall it went pretty well, bad some issues with the painters being a little careless and dripping paint in several places on our brand new carpet, and also drips on our hardwood floors. They did come out right way and cleaned up the spots plus fixed a few spots they had missed along with touching up some places that didn't look right after dry, mainly places where they had a spackled or sanded. <br />

It was great. The job was just done.

I had used Shephard's painting (see my previous review and A rating) and had been very pleased with the work. This time, I was very disappointed. The Shephards themselves are all very nice, professional, responsive and courteous, however I can not say the same about several members of their crew. The work this time around was very sloppy, there were paint drips left on baseboards, several doors needed to be repainted as you could see the original color wood grain through the paint when they were "done", there was paint left on pretty much every flat surface in my room. Literally, there was paint left on top of every piece of furniture we own, to me that is unacceptable. No drop cloths were used when they obsviously should have been. Paint was left even on my bed and mattress, my husbands sweatshirt which was in an area that wasn't even being painted, don't ask me how that happened. A large coke was spilled in our bathroom (after we bought the crew lunch) and not cleaned up. My long duster was broken in two pieces. When I pointed out mistakes, the crew became increasingly angry even though the things i pointed out were obvious mistakes! It got to the point where I felt initmidated to say anything more and definitely didn't want anyone to come back to "clean up" the mess which was left. Joe didn't go above or beyond in any way to try and rectify the problem, his overall response was "they were there longer than they should have been". Maybe that's something you need to take up with them... He stopped communicating with me without really ever offering resolution. <br /> The price was good/comparable to other bids I received, but it wasn't professionally done. When I used Shephards painting and Joe or another family member was there the work was 4 star. When they were not present, it was awful. I would hire them again if they were going to be on the site and oversee the work, otherwise you will likely have a mess on your hands. I am sad to leave this review because I really like the owners and they did such a fantastic job the first time around but this time I unfortunately cannot say the same. <br />

They were okay. It cost us more than the big deal but we knew it was going to when we bought it. I thought it was a fair price. They were easy to get along with. They showed up when they said they were going to. I think he underestimated the number of people he needed because at the very last half of the last day, he was there and he had to bring in extra people to get it done. But he did it because he wanted to get it done when he said he was going to get it done.

they did great job for a very reasonable price and I have been happy with the results.  House looks great again.  I did provide cost of paint in addition to price paid.  Colors were matched perfectly. <br />

I was very happy with the work they did, and they were cheaper than the other quotes I received.

They did just an okay job.

We purchased a big deal from. They did a fine job and had come back out to finish up some things that we had discovered.

The job never got finished.  At the end of the job, I got "shaken down" and told I had to pay to get it finished.  <br />

Shephard's Painting will be my company of choice for all future painting jobs! <br /> I found the company to be responsive, punctual, efficient, and professional. We were having several home improvement projects going on this month. Communication between parties in scheduling the work has been crucial. Shephard's always answered my calls/emails quickly which was important since the painting project was sandwiched between carpentry and roofing projects. <br /> In the past when I have had my home painted, I found dripped or spilled paint on the brick patio, windows that had been painted shut, etc. I have seen none of those problems from Shephard's - they really respected my home. I highly recommend them! <br />

They did a good job, but we needed the show the owner areas they missed. They returned and now it looks great, even a year later. I don't remember the amount we paid but it was part of an Angie's deal. <br />

Excellent; Richard Shephard - timely for estimate - very nice; Joe & crew did an excellent job. Kept everything clean too. We will use Shephard Painting again.
