Terrible. He gave me a quote to trim a big tree and to grind down a stump from another tree that was cut down. He quoted $3000. And 300 for the stump. They started the work and then he called me and said. It was it was going to be another $300. I had no choice but to go ahead to agree and pay him then he quoted $300 to grind the stump. The guy came out to grind the stump and called me and said oh the tree service said you were gonna pay me but it’s not $300 job. It’s a $450 job. I called Sherman tree care and he said go ahead and pay him and I’ll reimburse you. Well, you can tell the rest of the story. I never got reimbursed. I gave him multiple opportunities to pay me the money before I left this negative complaint he’s been ghosting me ever since.

Trees were removed but it took a couple weeks. They never showed up on time any given day. They completely tore up my yard with a bobcat that they used to remove debris. Although they said they would return and clean up they haven’t. They even managed to tear up some of my neighbors yard on each side of my yard. I am still working on my yard 2 weeks later picking up remaining debris and leveling out the huge ruts they left. Although they gave me the lowest bid, I should have chosen another service!

Dan got here when he said he would and did a great job trimming the large tree and cutting down the smaller one and cleaned up. He was professional, friendly and his work ethics were excellent. We are having him landscape our front yard. We are very pleased with him and his company. I would recommend them.

Did a great job cleaned up everything I needed done. And even did a little more without asking for more money. Great personality explained everything they were going to do and what would make my yard increase more healthier. Just a really great guy and knows what he's doing. Felt like he cared about what he does and had a passion for his work
